基于溶剂蒸发诱导调控膜表面有序构造

【摘要】:薄膜表面的有序构造对模板材料、超疏水介质、细胞粘附等领域的应用至关重要,如何在膜的表面形成可控的有序结构备受关注,本论文以此为背景,设计采用溶剂蒸发诱导构建具有有序构造的膜表面,结合表面偏析、模板效应的策略,系统研究了膜表面有序结构的成形机理和关键因素,通过工艺条件的优化和调节,实现了膜表面呈现规则图案或有序微孔等有序构造的制备,相关研究对于丰富有序膜构建方法具有重要意义。论文首先以聚苯乙烯(PS)、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)为膜材料,通过共混手段和表面偏析策略在膜表面成功制备出具有三维拓扑结构的图案膜,发现膜表面有序图案的形成与聚合物的相容性、聚合物比例以及溶剂挥发性密切相关;围绕铸膜液中两种聚合物的比例、铸膜液的浓度、刮膜厚度、溶剂挥发温度等因素对膜表面结构进行了调控,借助SEM、XPS、IR等手段对膜表面的结构及成分进行了探究,讨论了膜表面图案的演变规律,结果表明,聚合物比例对膜表面形貌有很大的影响,当铸膜液为单一组分时膜表面无法形成显著有序的图案结构;当PS/PMMA比例为6:1时膜表面形成的图案结构较为规整,有序构造尺度为0.2-0.3μm;铸膜液中固含量、刮膜厚度、溶剂挥发温度等对膜表面形貌有影响,固含量为10%、刮膜厚度为0.1mm、溶剂挥发温度为30℃时可以形成较为规整的三维有序构造/图案;通过红外、XPS、EDS、接触角分析等手段对膜正表面和底表面进行成分分析,发现膜正表面聚集较多的聚苯乙烯,膜底表面聚集较多的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯,证明了在膜制备过程中的表面偏析行为。同时,论文以聚苯乙烯(PS)、聚砜(PSf)为膜材料,通过添加模板分子成功制备表面呈有序多孔的功能膜,并从铸膜液的浓度、模板分子含量、刮膜厚度、溶剂挥发温度等方面对膜表面孔结构进行调控,结果表明:模板分子和溶剂挥发是膜表面有序多孔结构成形的关键因素;模板分子含量对膜表面孔结构具有重要影响,在模板分子含量分别为2.4%和2%条件下,在聚苯乙烯和聚砜膜表面得到了较为规整有序的多孔膜;铸膜液浓度对膜表面形貌具有一定的影响,聚苯乙烯膜在铸膜液浓度为10%时形成的孔结构较为规整,聚砜膜在铸膜液浓度为7%时膜表面孔结构较为规整;随着溶剂挥发温度的增加,膜表面孔结构逐渐从无序变为有序,当挥发温度为50℃时膜表面孔结构较为规整。
[Abstract]:The ordered structure of the film surface is very important to the application of template material, superhydrophobic medium, cell adhesion and so on. How to form controllable ordered structure on the surface of the membrane has attracted much attention. The formation mechanism and key factors of the ordered structure of the membrane surface were systematically studied by the strategy of surface segregation and template effect, and the optimization and adjustment of the process conditions were carried out through the optimization and adjustment of the process conditions. The preparation of ordered structures such as regular patterns or ordered micropores on the surface of the membranes has been realized. The related studies are of great significance to enrich the methods for the construction of ordered membranes. Firstly, polystyrene (PSN), PMMA (poly (methyl methacrylate)) is used as the membrane material. The patterned films with three dimensional topological structure were successfully prepared on the surface by blending and surface segregation strategy. It was found that the formation of ordered patterns on the surface of the membranes was closely related to the compatibility of polymers, the proportion of polymers and the volatility of solvents. The structure of the membrane surface was regulated by the ratio of two kinds of polymer in the casting solution, the concentration of the casting solution, the thickness of the scraped film and the volatile temperature of the solvent. The structure and composition of the membrane surface were investigated by means of SEMX PS IR. The evolution law of the film surface pattern was discussed. The results showed that the polymer ratio had a great influence on the surface morphology of the film, and when the casting solution was a single component, the film surface could not form a significantly ordered pattern structure. When the PS/PMMA ratio is 6: 1, the pattern structure of the film surface is more regular, and the scale of the ordered structure is 0.2-0.3 渭 m.
