量化自我理念在健康管理产品设计中的应用研究

【摘要】:和对生命、自由以及幸福的追求一样,,对健康的追求是每个人不可被剥夺的权利。随着人们生活水平的提升,人们越来越重视自身健康问题。在思想上,人们已由“重治疗轻预防”的健康医疗观念向“治未病”这一经典中医理论转变;在健康需求上,人们从传统的被动接受治疗转变为主动参与自身健康管理。这些转变让平常极少受到关注的日常健康管理产品显得特别重要。然而我国目前健康管理产品设计的发展却跟不上人们需求提升的步伐,操作复杂且形态单一的健康管理产品在市场上大行其道。改变这种愈演愈烈的现状需要设计师们对用户需求与产品功能两者之间的关系进行重新思考,这时基于大数据时代而产生的“量化自我”理念便开始得到广泛的关注与认可。 量化自我理念是对当今健康管理现状的一种反思,主张人们主动参与管理自身健康,它的出现预示着传统的个人健康管理模式正经历一场积极的变革。这一理念提出的时间并不长,目前还处于探索与完善阶段,但却是健康管理产品领域发展到一定高度不可忽略的理念,因为量化自我理念的融入将使健康管理产品设计达到一个新的高度。 本论文尝试在“量化自我”理念的理论体系下,进行健康管理产品的创新设计研究,把如何将“量化自我”理念更好的应用在健康管理产品中作为本论文的目标进行研究。本论文首先进行“量化自我”理念概念的详细阐述,通过对现有的传统健康管理产品与量化自我健康管理产品的类比分析得出健康管理产品设计的未来发展趋势,以此为基础总结出量化自我理念应用在健康管理产品设计中的思维模式与设计方法,最后在一系列量化自我理念设计方法的指导下完成健康管理产品的设计实践,以此验证了理论应用研究的有效性和可行性。
[Abstract]:Like the pursuit of life, liberty and happiness, the pursuit of health is an inalienable right of everyone. With the improvement of people's living standards, people pay more and more attention to their own health problems. People have changed from the concept of "paying more attention to treatment than prevention" to the classical theory of traditional Chinese medicine of "treating diseases before illness"; in terms of health needs, People have changed from traditional passive treatment to active participation in their own health management. These changes make the daily health management products which usually receive little attention especially important. However, the current health management products design in our country. Development has not kept pace with people's needs. Health management products with complex operations and a single form are popular in the market. Changing this growing situation requires designers to rethink the relationship between user needs and product functions. At this time, the concept of "quantitative self" based on big data's time began to get widespread attention and recognition. The idea of quantifying oneself is a reflection on the current situation of health management, and advocates people to participate in the management of their own health. Its emergence indicates that the traditional model of personal health management is undergoing a positive change. This concept has not been put forward for a long time and is still in the stage of exploration and perfection. However, it is the concept that can not be ignored in the field of health management products, because the integration of quantitative self-concept will make the product design of health management reach a new height. This paper attempts to carry out the research on the innovative design of health management products under the theoretical system of "quantitative self-concept". How to better apply the concept of "quantitative self" in health management products as the goal of this paper. This paper first describes the concept of "quantitative self" in detail. Based on the analogies between traditional health management products and quantitative self-health management products, the future development trend of health management product design is obtained. On this basis, the thinking mode and design method of the application of quantitative self-concept in health management product design are summarized. Finally, under the guidance of a series of quantitative self-concept design methods, the design practice of health management product is completed. The validity and feasibility of the theoretical application are verified.
