袋泡茶自动装盒机及控制系统的研究

【摘要】:袋泡茶便于携带、便于冲饮,适合出差、办公室、酒店、宾馆及娱乐场所等多种场合。过去袋泡茶包装一直都是手工完成的,但随着科学与技术的不断向前发展,为了适应生产能力的提高和劳动力成本的不断增长的需求,一些自动食品包装机械陆续应用到袋泡茶包装,在生产中使用的专用袋泡茶自动包装的机械也相继问世,袋泡茶叶包装过程已基本实现自动化生产,但装盒工序目前仍是人工操作,尤其是将袋装物品装入盒中的国产自动装盒机在国内的应用还未存在。本课题是深圳某公司在发现小袋茶装盒过程中完全是人工操作,生产效率低,容易产生误差,不利于卫生。由此提出了对袋泡茶自动装盒机的研究,要求设计一款用于袋泡茶的自动装盒机,,适用于茶企业中小规模的机械自动化生产的需要。 本文根据装盒机械的发展现状和存在的一些问题,提出了本次论文的研究意义和研究目的。在对袋泡茶装盒机工艺过程的分析的基础上,我们确立了袋泡茶自动装盒机整体方案,确定了装盒机的功能和应用范围,设计了工艺路线,编制了工作循环图,拟定了主要技术参数。 完成了袋泡茶自动装盒机关键机构的机械设计。根据袋泡茶自动装盒机的工艺路线定出了合理的总体方案,完成了料仓机构、送料机构、开盒机构、装盒机构、关盒机构。完成了部分关键机构的有限元分析。并根据研究和计算完成了Pro/E三维实体模型与装配,主要是在Pro/E中建立纸盒盒坯料仓、送料机构、开盒成形机构、推料机构、封盒装置等机构的三维实体模型,并完成了虚拟装配。 针对装盒机的控制要求,完成了袋泡茶自动装盒机控制系统的设计,设计中给出了主控系统的设计方案,包括硬件设计方案和软件设计方案,并设计触摸屏,使装盒机具有良好的人机界面环境。在控制系统中采用了西门子公司生产的S7-200系列PLC,并给出了编程流程图,实现自动控制等功能。 本课题研究的袋泡茶自动装盒机是一种对袋装袋泡茶进行装盒的机械,也可用于其他袋装物品的包装。这种全自动装盒机不仅能满足巨大的市场需求,更能推进我国包装机械自动化的快速发展,降低生产成本,提高生产率。
[Abstract]:Tea bags are easy to carry, easy to drink, suitable for business trips, offices, hotels, hotels and places of entertainment. In the past, tea bags were handmade, but with the development of science and technology, In order to meet the demand of increasing production capacity and increasing labor cost, some automatic food packaging machines have been applied to tea bag packaging one after another. The packaging process of tea bags has basically been automated, but the packing process is still manual. In particular, the application of domestic automatic packing machine for packing bags into boxes has not yet existed in China. This subject is that a certain company in Shenzhen is completely manual in the process of discovering small tea bags. The production efficiency is low, and errors are easy to be produced. This paper puts forward the research on the automatic packing machine of tea bag, which requires the design of a kind of automatic packing machine for tea bag, which is suitable for the automatic production of medium and small scale machinery in tea enterprises. In this paper, according to the development situation and some existing problems of the packing machine, the significance and purpose of this paper are put forward. On the basis of the analysis of the technological process of the bag tea packing machine, We have established the whole scheme of the automatic packing machine of tea bag, determined the function and application scope of the box loader, designed the craft route, worked out the working cycle diagram, and drew up the main technical parameters. The mechanical design of the key mechanism of the automatic packing machine for tea bag was completed. According to the technological route of the automatic packing machine, the reasonable overall scheme was worked out, and the silo mechanism, the feeding mechanism, the open box mechanism and the packing mechanism were completed. Closed box mechanism. The finite element analysis of some key mechanisms has been completed. According to the research and calculation, the Pro/E 3D solid model and assembly have been completed, mainly in the establishment of carton blank bin, feeding mechanism, open box forming mechanism, pushing mechanism in Pro/E, The three-dimensional solid model of the sealing device and the virtual assembly are completed. According to the control requirements of the packing machine, the design of the control system of the automatic packing machine for tea bag is completed. The design scheme of the main control system is given, including the hardware design and the software design, and the design of the touch screen. In the control system, the S7-200 series PLCproduced by Siemens is adopted, and the programming flow chart is given to realize automatic control and so on. The automatic packing machine for tea bags studied in this paper is a kind of machine for packing bags of tea, and can also be used for packaging other bags. This kind of automatic packing machine can not only meet the huge market demand. More can promote the rapid development of China's packaging machinery automation, reduce production costs, improve productivity.
