可达性人因势场建模及其在维修性设计中的应用

【摘要】:为保证产品具有良好的维修性,需要充分考虑维修人员的操作因素开展设计。人因势场是一种借鉴人工势场建立的新型人因关系描述概念,能够较为直观地表达人因要素在空间中的分布,可用于提高维修性设计的质量和效率。论文针对维修操作过程中的目标可达程度问题,建立了可达性势场函数并证明了其基本性质,并进行了仿真分析和实例验证。论文的主要研究内容包括:1.描述与分析了人因势场的基本理论。在对人工势场的概念、构建方法以及基本理论体系分析的基础上,借鉴静电场等经典场思想和理论,引入人因势场概念用于描述人因要素对于维修设计的影响,建立了人因势场基本框架,并分析了人因势场的基本原理。2.建立了可达性人因势场的数学模型,并完成了保守性的证明。借鉴人因工程中关于作业空间的设计理论,研究了可达性的影响因素和影响机制,建立了可达性人因势场的数学模型。分析了可达性人因势场的基本性质,对保守性进行相关阐述和理论证明。以人体手臂为研究对象,建立了可达性人因势场函数并对空间内各点的势能分布进行了可视化仿真分析以及实验验证。3.将人因势场应用于维修性布局优化,验证了理论的有效性。研究了基于可达性人因势场的维修性可视化布局优化设计方法和基于可达性数学模型的维修性布局优化设计方法。以飞机作动筒设备为应用案例,进行了布局优化仿真计算,并开展了试验验证。结果表明了可达性人因势场可以有效地应用于维修性布局优化设计。
[Abstract]:To ensure that the product has good maintainability, need to fully consider the factors of maintenance personnel to carry out the design. Reference for conservative design theory about the working space in the project, effects of accessibility factors and influence mechanism, established the mathematical model of potential field up to the basic properties of the reachability analysis. One potential field, on the conservation theory. To expound and prove the related human arm as the research object, established the accessibility of people because of potential field function and the visual simulation analysis and experimental verification of.3. on the potential energy distribution of space will be applied to the people because of potential field maintenance layout optimization, verify the validity of the theory. Based on the accessibility of people according to field maintainability visualization layout optimization design method and optimization design based on layout of maintainability accessibility model Method to aircraft actuator. Equipment for the application case, the layout optimization simulation, and carried out experiments. The results show that the accessibility of people because of potential field can be effectively applied to the maintenance of layout optimization design.
