轴向极化压电陶瓷径向振动的模拟分析

【摘要】:压电陶瓷在压电换能器中应用广泛,其振动模式和频率对压电换能器的工作状态及结构参数有着巨大影响,在对换能器设计和改良的过程中,如何得到共振频率及状态是需要解决的问题。借助ANSYS15.0,通过模态分析得到了轴向极化压电陶瓷圆片的振动变形云图,在此基础上进行谐响应分析,得到了压电陶瓷圆板的径向共振频率。通过与解析法得到的理论值及理想圆板共振频率值对比发现ANSYS软件在解决此类问题的有效性及便捷性。
[Abstract]:Piezoelectric ceramics are widely used in piezoelectric transducers. Its vibration mode and frequency have great influence on the working state and structural parameters of piezoelectric transducers. In the process of design and improvement of piezoelectric transducers, It is necessary to solve the problem of how to get resonance frequency and state. By means of ANSYS 15.0, the vibration deformation cloud diagram of axially polarized piezoelectric ceramic wafer is obtained by modal analysis, and the harmonic response analysis is carried out on this basis. The radial resonance frequency of piezoelectric ceramic circular plate is obtained and compared with the theoretical value obtained by analytical method and the resonance frequency value of ideal circular plate, it is found that ANSYS software is effective and convenient in solving this kind of problems.
