多品种小批量生产模式下基于拓扑结构的工时定额管理系统开发应用

【摘要】:随着生产力的发展,制造业发生了重大的变化,伴随着生产技术的跨越式升级,在基础产能逐步过剩的基础下,市场已经能够满足顾客的基本需求,顾客的需求开始向个性化外观和多样化功能进行转变。为了更好的适应市场发展,企业的生产方式由大批量生产逐渐转变为多品种小批量生产。在新的生产环境下,产品表现出类型多,批量小的特点,而新产品由于没有准确工时,对企业确定交货期,成本估算,安排生产等方面造成了严重的影响。为了应对生产方式转变带来的冲击,提高企业的市场竞争力,企业需要快速、准确的制定工时,在此情况下,建立一个能同时满足效率和精度的计算机辅助工时定额系统来帮助企业提升工时管理水平是一个亟需解决的问题。本文分析了以往工时系统的优缺点,根据缺点提出改善目标,然后根据目标建立了一种新的工时估算方法。首先对产品进行模块化分解,将产品进行分解并进行未知工时的各个模块与未知工时装配的搜寻,直至找出所有未知工时部分,然后对各个模块进行工时估算。已知工时的模块可以通过对历史工时数据库的查找得出工时;而未知工时零件则首先根据拓扑关系进行相似性匹配,再对工时进行插值估算;对于未知工时装配,通过数据库查询和计算公式进行工时估算。完成各个工时载体的工时计算后,对各个工时进行工时加和,得出新产品的额定工时。然后,基于新的工时定额计算方法进行了工时系统的开发。在需求分析的基础上,按照需求进行系统设计和模块化构建,对每个模块进行开发,建立系统模型并对数据库进行设计,最后按照系统的设计进行计算机辅助工时定额系统的开发。最后,将系统应用到某汽轮机生产企业的实际生产中,经过对汽轮机零件的工时估算,不仅验证了系统的可靠性,而且有效的提高了企业的工时管理水平。
[Abstract]:With the development of productivity, the manufacturing industry has undergone major changes. With the leapfrog upgrading of production technology, the market has been able to meet the basic needs of customers on the basis of the gradual overcapacity of basic production capacity. In order to better adapt to the development of the market, the mode of production of enterprises has gradually changed from mass production to multi-variety and small-batch production. In the new production environment, The products show the characteristics of many types and small batches, but the new products have a serious impact on the enterprises in determining the delivery time, estimating the cost, arranging production and so on because of the lack of accurate man-hours, etc. In order to cope with the impact brought by the change of production mode, To improve the competitiveness of enterprises in the market, enterprises need to set working hours quickly and accurately, in which case, It is an urgent problem to establish a computer-aided man-hour quota system which can satisfy both efficiency and precision to help enterprises improve the level of man-hour management. This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the previous man-hour system and puts forward the improvement goal according to its shortcomings. Then a new method of estimating work hours is established according to the target. Firstly, the product is decomposed by modularization, and the modules of unknown working hours and the assembly of unknown working hours are searched for until all the parts of unknown working hours are found. The module of known man-hour can get the man-hour by looking up the database of historical man-hour, and the parts of unknown man-hour are matched according to the similarity of topological relation, and then the man-hour is estimated by interpolation. For the unknown man-hour assembly, estimate the man-hour through the database query and calculation formula. After completing the man-hour calculation of each man-hour carrier, add the man-hour to each man-hour, and get the rated man-hour of the new product. Based on the new calculation method of man-hour quota, the man-hour system is developed. On the basis of requirement analysis, the system is designed and modularized according to the requirement, each module is developed, the system model is established and the database is designed. Finally, the computer aided man-hour quota system is developed according to the design of the system. Finally, the system is applied to the actual production of a steam turbine production enterprise. The reliability of the system is not only verified by estimating the man-hour of the steam turbine parts, but also by the calculation of the working hours of the steam turbine parts. And effectively improve the working-hour management level of enterprises.
