基于信息无障碍下的视障人群网购系统中的产品设计研究

【摘要】:21世纪是飞速发展的信息时代,大量的孕育了各式各样的信息化产物。而其中的用户的需求并不一定是一样的,其中就包括视障用户。随着网上购物的发展,以及对视障用户的实际调研,针对于网上购物的信息无障碍设计则会改变视障用户的生活。近几年,信息无障碍作为一个新的理论概念在我国普遍的推广,无障碍的环境可以为弱势群体带来方便,解决问题;而信息的无障碍性则在当下则显得更为重要。视障用户由于自身的原因而选择网购的方式避免出行的不便,而在网购的过程中又会遇到不同的问题,本论文主要研究基于信息无障碍理论下的针对于视障用户的网上购物系统。后通过研究针对于物流环节进行设计实践。 本文通过前期的调研、理论的分析,总结出视障人群的现状、生理、心理特征以及需求。对视障人群选择网上购物的进行分析总结。通过读屏软件模拟视障用户具体的购物系统,分析后罗列出现有的问题。对信息无障碍理论进行分析研究。并利用信息无障碍作为设计标准,通过设计实践解决视障人群在网购过程中物流环节的问题。以二维码标签作为介质,从打印到信息的获取进行设计。由物流智能终端机,二维码生成、扫描软件组成以针对于视障人群的物流系统。并对物流智能终端机分析调研,人机分析,功能整合、再设计等。进行针对于视障用户的二维码生成扫描APP的分析与设计。
[Abstract]:21th century is the rapid development of the information age, a large number of pregnant with a variety of information products. But the needs of users are not necessarily the same, including visually impaired users. With the development of online shopping, As well as the actual investigation of visually impaired users, the design of information accessibility for online shopping will change the life of visually impaired users. In recent years, as a new theoretical concept, information accessibility has been widely promoted in China. Accessibility can bring convenience to vulnerable groups and solve problems, while accessibility of information is even more important in the present. Users with visual impairment choose the way to purchase online for their own reasons to avoid the inconvenience of travel. However, there are different problems in the process of online shopping. This paper mainly studies the online shopping system for visually impaired users based on information accessibility theory. Based on previous research and theoretical analysis, this paper summarizes the current situation and physiology of visually impaired people. Psychological characteristics and needs. This paper analyzes and summarizes the choice of online shopping for visually impaired people. Through screen reading software, it simulates the specific shopping system of visually impaired users. Analyze and study the theory of information accessibility, and use information accessibility as the design standard, Through the design practice to solve the problem of logistics link in the process of shopping for the visually impaired people. Take the QR code label as the medium, from print to obtain the information to carry on the design, by the logistics intelligent terminal, the two dimensional code generation, The scanning software is made up of the logistics system for the visually impaired people, and the analysis and design of the logistics intelligent terminal, man-machine analysis, function integration, re-design, etc. are carried out. The two-dimensional code generation scanning APP for the visually impaired users is analyzed and designed.
