凹槽内两台空调室外机相对安装位置对周围热环境的影响

【摘要】:本文以焓差实验室为平台,以住宅建筑凹槽内的两台某型号分体式空调室外机的安装条件为研究对象,研究三种室外机安装条件对周围热环境、空调器EER和凹槽面积的影响。凹槽内室外机的三种安装条件分别为同一平面相互垂直安装(两室外机在同一高度,室外机长度延长线互相垂直相交)、同一平面左右水平安装(两室外机在同一高度,室外机长度延长线共线)及沿外墙上下垂直安装(不同高度,室外机高度延长线共线)。实验结果表明:该型号两台室外机同一平面垂直安装时,建议水平间距(平行于外墙)d_1≥650 mm,小于此间距时,距百叶较远的室外机运行环境恶劣,回风温度高于正常运行温度45℃;垂直间距(垂直于外墙)d_2选择300 mm左右,继续增大则回风温度上升;当凹槽内两台室外机间不具备水平安装条件,但满足水平、垂直间距大于650 mm×300 mm空间要求时,建议采用平面垂直安装方式。水平安装时,回风效果较好,但考虑凹槽占用面积大,且水平间距d_170 mm后,回风温度和EER都趋于平稳,故最佳间距为70 mm。上下垂直安装时,凹槽占地面积小于水平安装方式和平面垂直安装方式,回风效果明显优于平面垂直安装方式,最低回风温度甚至低于水平安装方式,最佳间距为150 mm。
