高压星形密封圈的密封性能分析

【摘要】:利用ANSYS软件建立了带聚四氟乙烯挡圈的丁腈橡胶星形密封圈结构的二维轴对称几何模型,分析了静压工作状态和往复运动状态下其密封机理、密封性能,并预测了星形密封圈易发生失效的具体部位。结果表明:在高压(流体压力10MPa)条件下,使用挡圈可以有效缓和星形密封圈的应力集中现象;星形密封圈非压力侧的内侧凸圆靠近挡圈区域易发生磨损失效;内侧的凹圆部位易发生撕裂失效。
[Abstract]:A two-dimensional axisymmetric geometric model of the star-shaped seal ring of NBR with PTFE retaining ring was established by using ANSYS software. The sealing mechanism and sealing performance of the ring under static pressure and reciprocating motion were analyzed. The results show that under the condition of high pressure (fluid pressure 10MPa), the stress concentration of star-shaped sealing ring can be alleviated effectively by using the baffle. The inner convex circle of the non-pressure side of the star sealing ring is prone to wear failure near the baffle region, while the inner concave circle region is prone to tear failure.
