基于文化人类学方法的“街拍”服务开发研究

【摘要】:课题原创于对时尚的观察与思考,关注到“街拍”现象。“街拍”发展至今出现了新的变化趋势,然而现有服务产品没有很好的满足用户需求,因此研究当今的“街拍”行为,开发出爱好街拍爱好时尚的人们满意的产品就具有研究价值。文化人类学比较擅长研究社会文化,群体行为,因此提出以文化人类学方法展开对“街拍”的研究工作,最终设计出具体的基于移动互联网手机APP的“街拍”服务。 在方法上,采用行为与用户研究在前,服务设计开发在后的思路。具体研究路线为:1、梳理“街拍”服务开发过程;2、展开“街拍”的研究考察工作,总结人们认可的“街拍”时尚类型,,以及目标人群及特征;3、选取典型用户展开研究,根据需求分析创新服务概念;4、展开“街拍”服务的设计开发工作,包括概念、目标、用户分析、系统和功能模块、使用流程与信息架构、视觉设计、编程与功能测试等环节,完成“街拍”服务开发中的从现象需求研究、概念产生到服务设计与测试环节。 论文得出的结论包括:1、归纳分析现有“街拍”关注的生活时尚的类型及特点,目标群体的特征以及在“街拍”中的需求,并提出了“街拍”服务概念;2、创建了基于文化人类学方法对“街拍”服务开发的流程;3、展开了具体的“街拍”服务开发流程,为目标用户提供了基于移动互联网的“街拍”服务产品,满足用户发现生活时尚、展示自我的需求,同时扩大了手机移动互联网的应用范围,促进了“街拍”虚拟社区的建立。
[Abstract]:The subject originates from the observation and thinking of fashion, pays close attention to the phenomenon of "street pats". The development of "street pats" has appeared a new trend so far. However, the existing service products do not meet the needs of users very well, so we study the behavior of "street pats" today. It is of great value to develop products that are satisfactory to people who love street photography and fashion. Cultural anthropology is better at studying social culture and group behavior, so it is proposed that the research work on "street photography" should be carried out by means of cultural anthropology. Finally, design a specific APP based on mobile Internet mobile phone "Street shoot" service. In the method, the behavior and user research is first, the service design and development is later. The specific research route is 1: 1, combing the process of "street patting" service development and carrying out the research and inspection work of "street racket". This paper summarizes the popular fashion types of "street pats", as well as the target population and characteristics, selects typical users to carry out the research, analyzes the concept of innovative services according to demand analysis and develops the design and development of "street pats" services, including concepts, objectives, etc. User analysis, system and function modules, using flow and information architecture, visual design, programming and function testing and other links to complete the "Street beat" service development from the phenomenon requirements, concepts to service design and testing links. The conclusion of the paper includes: 1, the types and characteristics of the current "street pats" concerned about the life style, the characteristics of the target groups and the needs in the "street photography". The concept of "street racket" service is put forward, and the process of "street racket" service development based on cultural anthropology is established, and the concrete "street racket" service development process is developed. It provides the service product of "street shooting" based on mobile Internet for the target users, which can meet the needs of the users to discover the fashion of life and show themselves. At the same time, it expands the application scope of mobile Internet and promotes the establishment of the virtual community of "street photography".
