变焦投影物镜光学系统设计

【摘要】:随着变焦光学系统设计理论被人们更熟练的运用和数控加工凸轮曲线的逐渐成熟,变焦系统的成像质量及像面稳定性得到了保证。因此变焦光学系统也得到了更广泛的应用。变焦投影物镜是投影仪结构组成中的重要部分。在工作距不变的情况下,实现不同倍数的放大。本论文设计出在同一光学引擎、屏幕位置不变的情况下,使用该变焦投影物镜画面可以根据需要进行大小尺寸变化。该变焦投影物镜的焦距变化范围为22mm-37 mm,视场角为46o-75o,F数为2.8。考虑到所设计要求为相对孔径较大,大视场角和小变焦倍比的光学系统,首先根据变焦理论,采用机械补偿方式中的正组补偿法,并合理地选择变倍组、补偿组的分段倍率,求出高斯解;然后各组元分别选用合理的初始结构;最后利用光学设计软件对其进行进一步设计,适当添加非球面,进而满足设计要求。为解决大视场变焦光学系统难以控制畸变的问题,本论文决定采用二、四透镜组元移动的机械补偿方式,并利用调制传递函数MTF综合评价整个投影镜头。设计结果表明:该变焦投影镜头的结构和像质都符合设计指标需求,在空间频率64 mmlp/处各个视场空间调制传递函数值均大于0.3,畸变小于1%,色还原良好,整体结构合理、像面稳定。
[Abstract]:As the design theory of zoom optical system is used more skillfully and the cam curve of NC machining becomes more mature, The imaging quality and image plane stability of the zoom system are guaranteed. Therefore, the zoom optical system is also widely used. The zoom projection objective is an important part of the structure of the projector. In this paper, we design the same optical engine with the same screen position. The zoom projection objective can be used to change the size and size of the zoom lens according to the need. The zoom projection objective has a range of focal length of 22mm-37 mm and a field of view angle of 46o-75oFwhose number is 2.8. Considering that the design requirement is large relative aperture, In the optical system of large field angle and small zoom ratio, firstly, according to the zoom theory, the positive group compensation method is adopted in the mechanical compensation mode, and the variable power group is reasonably selected, the piecewise ratio of the compensation group is compensated, and Gao Si's solution is obtained. Then each element is selected with reasonable initial structure, and then it is further designed by optical design software, and the aspherical surface is added appropriately to meet the design requirements. In order to solve the problem that it is difficult to control the distortion in the large field of view zoom optical system, In this paper, the mechanical compensation method of moving two-and four-lens components is adopted, and the modulation transfer function (MTF) is used to evaluate the whole projection lens synthetically. The design results show that the structure and image quality of the zoom lens meet the requirements of the design index. At the spatial frequency of 64 mmlp/, the value of the spatial modulation transfer function is greater than 0.3, the distortion is less than 1, the color reduction is good, the whole structure is reasonable, and the image plane is stable.
