液压缸防尘圈密封性能有限元分析及试验研究

【摘要】:针对液压缸常用防尘圈的类型和应用现状进行分析总结。利用Mooney-Rivlin理论建立组合防尘圈和聚氨酯类防尘圈的有限元模型,分析防尘圈压缩后的变形情况及应力分布情况。分别在沙尘、泥沙、低温环境等工况对各类防尘圈的防尘效果进行试验研究,通过试验分解检查油缸内各元件状态,得出两种防尘圈在不同工况下的防尘效果试验数据,试验结果与有限元分析结果一致,对后续油缸设计过程中的防尘圈选型设计具有指导意义。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis and summary of the types and application status of the commonly used dust-proof ring in hydraulic cylinder, the finite element model of combined dust-proof ring and polyurethane dust-proof ring is established by using Mooney-Rivlin theory. This paper analyzes the deformation and stress distribution of the dust-proof ring after compression. The dust-proof effect of each kind of dust-proof ring is studied under the working conditions of sand dust, silt and low temperature environment respectively, and the state of the components in the cylinder is inspected by experimental decomposition. The experimental data of dust-proof effect of two kinds of dustproof rings under different working conditions are obtained. The experimental results are in agreement with the results of finite element analysis, which is of guiding significance for the selection and design of dust-proof rings in the design process of the follow-up cylinder.
