有限体积法的实体结构疲劳可靠性分析

【摘要】:为了提高实体结构系统疲劳可靠性的计算效率,本文采用有限体积法研究了实体结构系统的疲劳可靠性问题。通过依据累积损伤模型对结构元件的疲劳可靠性进行分析,建立了实体结构系统的分析模型,分析了实体结构系统疲劳失效机理和判别方法。本文利用改进的分支限界法搜索了结构系统的主要失效模式,采用简化的疲劳可靠性分析方法计算了结构系统的疲劳可靠度。通过算例分析,得到的结构系统疲劳可靠度的计算结果在简单界值法的估算范围内,且随着疲劳载荷循环次数的增加可靠度不断减小。该计算结果的趋势是正确的、符合客观实际的,证明了提出方法的正确性,为结构系统疲劳可靠性分析提供理论基础。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the calculation efficiency of fatigue reliability of solid structure system, the fatigue reliability of solid structure system is studied by finite volume method. The fatigue reliability of structural elements is analyzed by means of cumulative damage model. The analysis model of solid structure system is established, and the fatigue failure mechanism and discrimination method of solid structure system are analyzed. In this paper, the main failure modes of structural system are searched by using the improved branch and bound method. The fatigue reliability of structural system is calculated by using the simplified fatigue reliability analysis method. With the increase of fatigue load cycle times, the reliability decreases continuously. The calculation results are correct and accord with the objective reality, which proves the correctness of the proposed method and provides a theoretical basis for the fatigue reliability analysis of structural systems.
