基于遗传算法的生产线平衡改善研究

【摘要】:生产线平衡是制造业生产管理的重要组成部分,在既定的约束条件下,将一系列具有优先关系的作业要素分配给合适数量的工作站,,以实现生产线的平衡。提高生产线平衡率不仅能够减少工时损失,提高生产力,减少在制品的数量,而且能够降低停线风险。 通过对国内外生产线平衡技术的总结和分析,将工业工程思想和遗传算法结合,提出使用改进的遗传算法解决第二类生产线平衡问题,并将这种方法实际运用到生产中,取得了良好的效果。 本文首先阐述了生产线平衡问题基本概念,然后对解决生产线平衡问题所需要的工具和方法进行了详细的介绍。在此基础上,对W公司生产线的生产现状作出分析,运用工业工程的方法获取基础数据,并基于工业工程思想对其进行了初步改善,但是由于该生产线的作业单元超过80个,使用传统的工业工程方法难以达到改善目的,提出了使用遗传算法对其进行改善。本文利用matlab编程工具对遗传算法进行编程,以Jackson平衡问题为例验证了算法的可行性。最后根据模拟优化结果对生产线进行了改善,并对改善结果做出分析。 本文运用遗传算法对生产线进行平衡改善,提高了生产线的生产力,降低了企业生产成本,也能为企业优化资源配置,提高企业效益提供相应帮助。
[Abstract]:Production line balance is an important part of manufacturing production management. Under established constraints, a series of priority factors are assigned to a suitable number of workstations to achieve production line balance.Increasing the balance ratio of production line can not only reduce the loss of working hours, increase productivity, reduce the quantity of WIP, but also reduce the risk of stopping line.Through summing up and analyzing the balance technology of production line at home and abroad, combining the idea of industrial engineering with genetic algorithm, this paper puts forward to use the improved genetic algorithm to solve the balance problem of the second kind production line, and applies this method to production.Good results have been achieved.In this paper, the basic concept of production line balance problem is introduced, and then the tools and methods needed to solve the production line equilibrium problem are introduced in detail.On this basis, the production status of the production line of W Company is analyzed, and the basic data are obtained by using the method of industrial engineering, and the production line is preliminarily improved based on the idea of industrial engineering. However, since the production line has more than 80 operating units,The traditional industrial engineering method is difficult to achieve the purpose of improvement, and genetic algorithm is proposed to improve it.In this paper, the genetic algorithm is programmed with matlab programming tool. The feasibility of the algorithm is verified by taking the Jackson equilibrium problem as an example.Finally, the production line is improved according to the simulation optimization results, and the improvement results are analyzed.In this paper, genetic algorithm is used to improve the balance of the production line, improve the productivity of the production line, reduce the production cost of the enterprise, and also provide corresponding help for the enterprise to optimize the allocation of resources and improve the efficiency of the enterprise.
