基于功能分析法的PVC扣板自动包装机设计

【摘要】:目的为了实现PVC扣板的自动包装,设计一种以瓦楞纸板为包装材料的PVC扣板自动包装机。方法基于功能分析法,首先通过黑箱法确定PVC扣板自动包装机的总功能,然后进行功能分解,将总功能分为裹包成型、胶带封箱和物料输送等3个分功能,通过对分功能求解,并对所得解筛选得出包装机的最优解,最后根据最优解进行结构设计。结果该包装机能够实现3~7 m任意长度PVC扣板的自动包装,实验统计83.6%的包装成品满足包装要求,对于7 m长PVC扣板平均每次包装的时间为55 s。结论该PVC扣板自动包装机提高了生产效率,节约了人力,对大型板材瓦楞纸箱包装设备设计具有借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:In order to realize automatic packaging of PVC fastener, an automatic packaging machine for PVC fastener was designed, which used corrugated board as packaging material.Methods based on the function analysis method, the total function of the PVC fastener automatic packaging machine was determined by the black box method, and then the function was decomposed. The total function was divided into three sub-functions, including wrapping forming, tape sealing and material conveying.The optimal solution of packaging machine is obtained by screening the solution, and the structure is designed according to the optimal solution.Results the packing machine could realize the automatic packaging of PVC fastener with any length of 3 脳 7 m. The experiment showed that 83.6% of the finished products could meet the packaging requirements, and the average time of each package for 7 m long PVC fastener was 55 s.Conclusion the PVC fastener automatic packaging machine can improve the production efficiency and save manpower, which is useful for the design of large corrugated carton packaging equipment.
