应用于高速条纹相机的行波偏转器设计

【摘要】:为了满足飞秒变像管扫描相机对偏转器的特殊要求,设计了一种应用于高速扫描相机的行波偏转器。根据Finch的行波偏转器设计理论,简化设计流程并利用HFSS软件建立偏转器模型,模拟并求解了行波偏转器的高频信号传播特性和通频带宽,通过电磁波相速度与电子束飞行速度的匹配确定了行波偏转器基本结构参数,并优化设计了一种适合应用于具有10kV电子能量高速扫描相机的行波偏转器。所设计行波偏转器长度为44mm,板间距为4mm,通频带宽为4GHz,偏转灵敏度为119.8mm/kV。结合现有的高速扫描相机对此行波偏转器进行了测试实验,测试结果表明,设计结果准确可靠,设计方法得当。该研究为变像管扫描相机的行波偏转器设计提供了有效途径,缩短了高时间分辨扫描相机的研发周期。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the special requirements of femtosecond imaging tube scanning camera for deflector, a traveling wave deflector applied to high speed scanning camera is designed.According to the design theory of traveling wave deflector of Finch, the design flow is simplified and the model of deflector is established by using HFSS software. The characteristics of high frequency signal propagation and bandwidth of traveling wave deflector are simulated and solved.The basic structure parameters of traveling wave deflector are determined by matching the phase velocity of electromagnetic wave and the flying velocity of electron beam, and a traveling wave deflector suitable for high-speed scanning camera with 10kV electron energy is optimized and designed.The designed traveling wave deflector is 44mm in length, 4mm in plate spacing, 4GHz in bandwidth and 119.8mm / kV in deflection sensitivity.The test results of the traveling wave deflector based on the existing high-speed scanning camera show that the design results are accurate and reliable, and the design method is appropriate.The research provides an effective way for the design of traveling wave deflector of VTR and shortens the research and development period of high time resolution scanning camera.
