PMNT大流量高速开关阀结构及性能研究

【摘要】:高速开关阀作为一种新型结构阀与传统的电液伺服阀相比具有体积小、控制精度高、控制灵活度强、成本低廉、抗污染能力强等优点,特别适合用于煤矿、冶金、锻压以及工程等污染环境特别严重的机械设备中。目前高速开关阀研究领域主要面临两大问题:问题一、高速开关阀的响应速率较低;问题二、高速开关阀的通流量较小。针对问题一,文中采用PMNT压电驱动器代替传统电磁铁驱动器,提高响应速度,减小安装尺寸,降低制造成本。针对问题二,文中采用类并联阀芯结构,增大高速开关阀出口流量。文章以所设计高速开关阀为研究对象,主要完成了以下4项工作:(1)文章中的PMNT压电驱动器以PWM作为驱动信号,根据驱动器的工作原理,借助AMESim液压仿真平台建立了压电驱动器PMNT和常用压电驱动器PZT的仿真模型,对比了PMNT与PZT的压电性,同时验证了PMNT压电驱动器的反应速率;(2)根据压电高速开关阀的工作原理,应用AMESim中的HCD库建立了高速开关阀系统仿真模型,研究了不同占空比下,PWM脉冲信号对高速开关阀出口流量稳定性的影响以及相同占空比下,不同恒压源对高速开关阀出口流量稳定性的影响;(3)根据所设计高速开关阀的结构尺寸,采用UG建立了高速开关阀内部流道的三维模型,应用Fluent中的mesh模块对流道模型进行网格化分;(4)采用Fluent中的动网格技术对压电高速开关阀在进口节流和出口节流两种工况下的内部流场做了动态模拟,分析了两种工况在不同阀芯锥角下的内部流场状况。
[Abstract]:As a new type of structure valve, the high speed switch valve has the advantages of small volume, high control precision, high control flexibility, low cost, strong anti-pollution ability and so on compared with the traditional electro-hydraulic servo valve. It is especially suitable for coal mine, metallurgy, etc.Forging and engineering and other particularly serious pollution of the environment in the machinery and equipment.At present, there are two main problems in the research field of high speed switch valve: one is the low response rate of the high speed switch valve, and the other is the low flow rate of the high speed switch valve.In order to solve the problem, PMNT piezoelectric actuator is used to replace the traditional electromagnet driver to improve the response speed, reduce the installation size and reduce the manufacturing cost.In order to solve the problem, the parallel spool structure is used to increase the outlet flow rate of high-speed valve.This paper takes the designed high speed switch valve as the research object, mainly accomplishes the following four tasks: 1) in this paper, the PMNT piezoelectric driver uses PWM as the driving signal, and according to the working principle of the driver, the PWM piezoelectric actuator is used as the driving signal.Based on the AMESim hydraulic simulation platform, the simulation models of piezoelectric actuator PMNT and common piezoelectric actuator PZT are established. The piezoelectric properties of PMNT and PZT are compared, and the reaction rate of PMNT piezoelectric actuator is verified.The simulation model of high speed switch valve system is established by using HCD library in AMESim. The influence of pulse signal on the flow stability of high speed switch valve under different duty cycle and the same duty cycle are studied.The influence of different constant pressure sources on the flow Stability of High Speed switching Valve outlet the 3D model of internal flow channel of high speed switch valve is established by UG according to the structural size of the designed high speed switch valve.The mesh module in Fluent is used to mesh the flow channel model. (4) the dynamic grid technology in Fluent is used to simulate the internal flow field of the piezoelectric high speed switch valve under the conditions of inlet throttling and outlet throttle.The internal flow field under different cone angle of valve core is analyzed.
