精梳机数字操控系统交互界面设计与研究

【摘要】:数字化时代的到来,交互界面设计研究进行的如火如荼,pc端界面设计、移动端界面设计已经进入了 "登峰造极"的地步。然而,对于机床产品数字操控系统交互界面的设计并未跟上,导致了生产设备界面设计落后,严重脱节于当今互联网时代的界面设计水平,与生产用工业机床功能设计、造型设计的时代水平不匹配。而且,从一定程度上来说,落后的操控系统界面设计影响了机床的操作效率、用户体验,使产品的竞争力不足。因此,研究精梳机数字操控系统,从人性化的角度出发设计出信息传达性好、工作效率高、用户体验完美的数字操控界面是本文的重点。本文结合界面设计的一般概念、美学法则,运用了美学、心理学、认知心理学、人机工程学等多方面的系统理论知识,说明了人、机、环境构成系统的复杂性,根据精梳机数字操控系统的特点,有针对性地进行了构成要素、界面美学、用户审美心理、界面信息传达设计、界面可用性设计几个方面的设计与研究工作,得出一套具有指导性意义的界面设计理论成果和一套符合理论研究成果的精梳机数字操控系统界面视觉设计方案。本文首先简要介绍界面的概念,再引入数控机床人机界面,使读者对界面及其特征有一个概括的了解;其次,通过对构成元素、空间布局、色彩、美学、用户审美心理的分析,指明界面视觉设计的具体方法;再通过认知心理学、人机工程学的研究,解决了美学与信息传达、交互功效之间的冲突问题;最后,文章建立在现有理论基础之上,依照现有理论进行设计指导,产出精梳机数字操控系统界面。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of the digital age, the interface design of the PC terminal has been carried out in full swing, and the interface design of the mobile side has entered the stage of "reaching the top".However, the design of the interactive interface of the digital control system for machine tools has not kept up with the design, which leads to the backward design of the interface of the production equipment, which is seriously disconnected from the level of the interface design in the present Internet era, and the functional design of the industrial machine tools used in production.The age level of styling design does not match.Moreover, to a certain extent, the backward interface design of the control system affects the operating efficiency and user experience of the machine tools, and makes the products less competitive.Therefore, it is the focus of this paper to study the digital control system of combing machine and design the digital control interface with good information transmission, high working efficiency and perfect user experience from the point of view of humanization.Based on the general concepts and principles of interface design, this paper uses the systematic knowledge of aesthetics, psychology, cognitive psychology, ergonomics and so on to illustrate the complexity of the system composed of human, machine and environment.According to the characteristics of the digital control system of the Comber, the design and research work of the components, the aesthetics of the interface, the aesthetic psychology of the user, the design of the communication of the interface information, the design of the usability of the interface are carried out.A set of instructive theoretical results of interface design and a set of visual design scheme of the interface of the digital control system of combing machine are obtained.This paper first introduces the concept of interface, then introduces the man-machine interface of CNC machine tools to make readers have a general understanding of the interface and its characteristics, secondly, through the analysis of the elements, space layout, color, aesthetics, and the aesthetic psychology of the user.Through the research of cognitive psychology and ergonomics, it solves the conflict between aesthetics and information communication, interaction effect. Finally, the article is based on the existing theory.According to the existing theory of design guidance, the output of the Comber digital control system interface.
