银饰批量处理中二氧化钛薄膜抗变色性能

【摘要】:采用原子层沉积技术实现了膜层厚度均匀性小于3.5%的银饰TiO_2保护薄膜的制备。X射线衍射测试结果表明,沉积温度为100℃时薄膜为无定型结构,沉积温度为250℃时薄膜为锐钛矿相。腐蚀实验结果表明,30nm和45nm厚度的TiO_2薄膜都具一定的抗变色能力,但厚度为45nm的TiO_2薄膜的抗变色能力更佳。光谱测试结果表明,在不影响银饰外观的前提下,单层TiO_2作为保护膜的抗变色效果无法达到最佳。
