基于用户体验的老年人家用智能产品交互性设计研究

【摘要】:我国正在进入老龄化社会,老年人口的社会比例日益增加,且我国的老龄人口增长速度是全世界最快的,然而在国内市场中,站在产品设计及研发的角度,专门针对老年人而设计、提供给老年人使用的产品并不是十分丰富。随着老年人口数量逐步增多,未来市场适合老年人使用的产品需求量会逐步增大,市场发展空间极大。重视老年人群适应时代发展的潜在需求,提早一步为老年人考虑交互产品设计,使老年人从惧怕新产品到轻松使用产品,甚至到更高层次的享受产品。本课题以在老年人生活与智能产品之间架设桥梁,将老年人产品与通用性产品区分开来,降低老年人对智能产品的抵触心理,探讨出适合老年人使用的智能产品设计原则。本文的主要研究内容如下:(1)以用户体验的用户满意度原则为指导,对现有智能产品的造型、功能、表现方式和对老年人生活影响程度进行分析,并重点对老年人心理抚慰产品进行分类和分析,总结出现有智能产品操作复杂,功能繁琐,且界面设计中不符合老年人群体的人机交互原则,并与老年人生活习惯不相符等缺点。(2)以60-90岁的城市老年人为研究对象,以用户体验六项原则为指导对老年人下意识行为、心理特征和特殊需求进行分析,结合访谈观察和问卷调查两种方式,获得老年人对于家用智能产品的实际需求应以辅助基本生活、丰富闲暇时间为目的,最终确定了老年人家用智能产品应具备的主要功能和造型偏向。(3)从用户体验的二度体验维度出发,探讨影响老年人体验程度的因素,并将这些因素与总结出的老年人对于智能产品的实际需求相结合,提出了针对老年人的智能产品设计应与老年人审美习惯相符,顺应老年人操作的下意识行为和原有认知的原则和评价方法,并用最后的设计实践结果来验证此设计原则和评价方法是有效的。(4)以用户体验设计原则为指导,通过分析交互性产品设计的四个原则,首先对现有老年人智能产品交互设计方面作分析,同时重点研究分析了主要影响用户体验评价程度的视觉思维的五个方面,并以一致性原则为基础,验证了视觉思维的五个方面是符合老年人生活状态和认知,以此推导出老年人智能产品应以操作步骤少、色彩对比鲜明、图形拟物化、层级关系简明和及时有效的反馈的设计策略为基础,构建了一套较为系统的针对老年人群体的交互界面设计原则。(5)最终完成一款针对老年人群体的家用交互性智能产品。是一款充分从老年人角度考虑,造型简洁,功能发挥极致性以满足基本辅助生活需求,操作以顺应性为原则与老年人已有习惯保持一致,交互界面以中国风为主,图形设计均由实物转化为二维图像方式,层级设计以选项卡展开方式为主的家用型智能交互产品。本课题突破了老年人使用智能产品的限制,以用户体验设计理论为指导,从老年人生理、心理等多方面分析,研究了老年人与智能产品之间的应用连接关系,并完成了老年人家用智能产品的外观造型设计;从交互性设计出发,探究了智能产品的表现形式对老年人的影响及适应老年人群体状态的设计因素,以此指导并完成了老年人家用智能产品的交互界面设计。本课题对老年人智能家用产品交互性设计发展提供了一定参考。
[Abstract]:China is entering an aging society, the social proportion of the elderly is increasing, and the growth rate of the aged population is the fastest in the world. However, in the domestic market, the product design and research and development are designed specifically for the elderly, and the products for the elderly are not very rich. There is a gradual increase in quantity. The demand for the products for the future market for the elderly will be gradually increased and the market is greatly developed. It is important to pay attention to the potential needs of the elderly people to adapt to the development of the times and consider the design of interactive products for the elderly, so that the old people are afraid of the new products to the easy use of products and even to the higher level of enjoyment. In order to build a bridge between the old people's life and the intelligent products, this topic distinguishes the old product from the universal product, reduces the resistance of the elderly to the intelligent product, and probes into the principle of intelligent product design suitable for the old people. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) the user satisfaction principle of user experience In order to guide the analysis of the existing intelligent products' modeling, function, expression and the influence on the life of the elderly, the paper focuses on the classification and analysis of the elderly psychological comfort products, and summarizes the man-machine interaction principle that the intelligent products are complicated, the function is tedious, and the interface design does not conform to the old people, and it is also with the old people. The living habits are not consistent with other shortcomings. (2) taking the 60-90 year old urban elderly people as the research object, taking the user experience six principles as the guidance to the elderly people's subconscious behavior, psychological characteristics and special needs analysis, combined with interview observation and questionnaire survey two ways to obtain the elderly people for the actual demand for household intelligent products should be auxiliary basis. In this life, the purpose of enriching leisure time is to determine the main functions and shape bias of the old people's intelligent products. (3) from the two degree experience dimension of the user experience, the factors affecting the experience of the elderly are discussed, and these factors are combined with the actual needs of the intelligent products which are summed up by the elderly. The intelligent product design for the elderly should be consistent with the aesthetic habits of the elderly, conforms to the subconscious behavior of the elderly and the principles and evaluation methods of the original cognition, and uses the final design practice to verify that the design principles and evaluation methods are effective. (4) the interaction of user experience design principles is guided by the analysis of interaction. The four principles of sexual product design first analyze the interactive design of existing elderly intelligent products, and focus on five aspects of visual thinking which mainly affect the evaluation degree of user experience, and based on the principle of consistency, verify that the five aspects of visual thinking are in accordance with the living state and cognition of the elderly. This paper deduces that the intelligent products of the elderly should be based on the design strategy of less operation steps, bright color contrast, graphic fitting, simple hierarchy relationship and timely and effective feedback. A set of more systematic design principles for the interaction interface for the elderly population is built. (5) the final completion of an interactive wit for the elderly population is completed at the end of the year. It is a full product from the angle of the elderly. It is simple in shape and the function is extreme to meet the basic needs of life. The operation is consistent with the old people's habit. The interaction interface is dominated by the Chinese wind, the graphic design is transformed from the object to the two-dimensional image, and the level design is opened by the tabs. This topic breaks through the restrictions on the use of intelligent products for the elderly, guided by the theory of user experience design, and from the physiological and psychological aspects of the elderly, studies the connection relationship between the elderly and the intelligent products, and has finished the appearance design of the intelligent products for the elderly. From the interactive design, this paper explores the influence of the expressive forms of intelligent products on the elderly and the design factors that adapt to the state of the elderly population. In order to guide and complete the interactive interface design of the elderly household intelligent products, this topic provides some reference for the interactive design and development of the elderly intelligent household products.
