基于RS和农用地分等的武穴市耕地生产能力核算研究

【摘要】:农用地分等工作的持续开展使得我国农用地系统内部按照质量进行了不同层次的划分即质量梯级,不过其中每一个梯级的具体值还没有确定,因此需要积极开展耕地生产能力的科学核算工作。对产能进行核算就是对农用地分等工作的延伸与实践。根据农用地理论产能、预期产能以及实际产能进行科学核算,对农用地的整体生产水平与潜力分布构成通过定量分析法进行研究,并对农用地质量的区域不同进行评估。本课题是以当前农用地分等工作成绩为前提,基于广泛搜索样本、深入调查之上创建不同等级水平的耕地产能核算模型,在本课题研究武穴城市为实证分析对象而展开耕地产能核算工作。 (1)分析了适用于耕地产能计算的理论体系,在依靠地域差异、土地生产力、土地质量分级、农业生态带以及土地适宜性等相关理论的基础上创建一个以生态环境与经济发展理论为核心,以土地科学理论为根基的理论分析体系,而后将其应用于计算耕地综合生产能力之中,起到指导的作用。 (2)研究了耕地产能核算技术方法。结合农用地分等工作成绩,通过抽样调查法和回归分析法以及实际调查法等相关科学方式创建自然质量等指数和理论产能、可实现产能与利用等指数的数学模型,进而理论产能、预期产能以及实际产能进行科学计算,并研究产能核算成果。其次,以CASA模型、遥感NDVI数据计算植被初级生产力的方法计算武穴市耕地NPP(植被初级生产力),在耕地NPP的基础上计算耕地产量,进行理论产能和可实现产能核算方法的新研究,并与基于分等的产能核算方法进行比较,得出其合理性和科学性。 (3)探讨耕地产能核算成果应用,将核算成果融入武穴市耕地利用强度和潜力,得出结论:今后武穴市农业发展主要应集中在西北部地区;武穴市的利用潜力与整个湖北省利用潜力相比较,尽管处于利用较充分的区域,但仍有一定的潜力可以挖掘。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of agricultural land grading work, the agricultural land system in our country has been divided into different levels according to quality, that is, quality cascade, but the specific value of each step has not been determined. Therefore, it is necessary to actively carry out the scientific accounting of cultivated land production capacity. The calculation of productivity is the extension and practice of agricultural land classification. According to the theoretical production capacity, expected productivity and actual production capacity of agricultural land, the overall production level and potential distribution composition of agricultural land are studied by quantitative analysis method, and the regional differences of agricultural land quality are evaluated. This topic is based on the current agricultural land grading work results as the premise, based on a wide range of search samples, in-depth investigation on the establishment of different levels of arable land productivity accounting model, In this paper, Wuxue City is the empirical analysis object and the work of cultivated land productivity accounting is carried out. (1) the theoretical system applicable to the calculation of cultivated land productivity is analyzed, which depends on regional differences, land productivity and land quality classification. Based on the relevant theories of agricultural ecological zone and land suitability, a theoretical analysis system based on the theory of ecological environment and economic development and the theory of land science is established. Then it is applied to the calculation of the comprehensive production capacity of cultivated land and plays a guiding role. 2) the technical method of cultivated land productivity accounting is studied. Based on the results of agricultural land grading, the mathematical model of productivity and utilization index can be realized by using sampling survey, regression analysis and actual investigation to establish the index of natural quality and theoretical productivity. Then the theoretical capacity, expected capacity and actual capacity are calculated scientifically, and the results of capacity accounting are studied. Secondly, using CASA model and remote sensing NDVI data to calculate the primary productivity of vegetation, we calculate the primary productivity of cultivated land in Wucao City, calculate the yield of cultivated land on the basis of NPP of cultivated land, and carry out a new study on the theoretical productivity and the method of calculating the productive capacity that can be realized. Compared with the method of productivity accounting based on grade, it is reasonable and scientific. (3) discussing the application of cultivated land productivity accounting results, integrating the results into the utilization intensity and potential of cultivated land in Wu acupoint city, and drawing the conclusion: in the future, the agricultural development of Wu-acupoint city should be mainly concentrated in the northwestern region; Compared with the whole Hubei Province, the utilization potential of Wucao City is in the area of full utilization, but there is still some potential to be excavated.
