新型低全球变暖潜能值混合制冷剂替代R22的试验研究

【摘要】:目前常用的R22的替代制冷剂主要是R410A、R417B等。虽然它们的消耗臭氧潜能值(ODP)值为0,但是其全球变暖潜能值(GWP)值较高,属于过渡替代物。本文提出了一种新型低GWP三元混合制冷剂,该制冷剂(简称NC01)由R1234ze(E)/R134a/R32组成,通过软件REFPROP9.0分析确定质量混合比为17%/33%/50%,对NC01的环境性、热物性、循环性进行了分析。NC01的ODP为0,GWP为755,环境性能良好,GWP比R22降低了57%。临界温度、临界压力、饱和压力、性能系数(COP)等性能参数与R22比较接近,容积制热量比R22高。在水源热泵机组进行了灌注式试验,与被替代制冷剂R22进行了对比。结果显示:当冷水进水在12~23℃时,新型混合工质在排气温度比R22高2~3.6℃,相应的压比比R22高8.6%~14.8%,加热量提高5%~11%,COP比R22平均低约4.5%,加热速率比R22约提高9%,当冷水进水高于23℃时,COP值超过R22。最后对试验结果与理论计算值进行了比较,两者吻合较好。研究可为类似混合工质替代R22研究提供参考。
[Abstract]:At present, the main alternative refrigerants for R 22 are R 410 A O R 417 B and so on. Although their ODP is zero, their global warming potential (GWP) is higher and they are transition substitutes. In this paper, a new low GWP ternary refrigerant is proposed. The refrigerant (NC01) is composed of R1234ze(E)/R134a/R32. The mass mixing ratio is determined to be 17 / 33 / 50 by software REFPROP9.0 analysis. The ODP of .NC01 is 755, and the environmental performance is good. The GWP of NC01 is 57% lower than that of R22. The critical temperature, critical pressure, saturation pressure and coefficient of performance are close to that of R22, and the volumetric heating capacity is higher than that of R22. A water source heat pump unit was tested and compared with the substitute refrigerant R 22. The results show that the exhaust temperature of the new mixed refrigerant is 23.6 鈩,
