商业空间内的儿童智能定位追踪产品设计与应用研究

【摘要】:我国现已步入科技的高速发展的时代,大数据、智能化不断的改善我们的生活。而针对儿童走失走失的案件,在我们身边也较为常见。甚至有媒体指出,中国现已成为全球最大儿童拐卖市场。据CCTV央视频道的一档节目调查指出,据不完全统计我国每年失踪儿童数量高达二十万,找回来的概率只有约百分之零点一。而大型购物商场正是走失儿童的高发区域,为更好的实现在商场购物,避免在商场内儿童走失和拐卖的问题发生,消除家长对儿童安全的担忧,则成为了在商场管理中首要解决的问题。市面上推出了不少智能手表等定位神器,专门用来防止儿童走失,这类产品销量很好,动辄缺货。在知名购物网站上搜寻“儿童智能定位手表”,大致能搜到四千多种同类型产品。这些智能手表外形与功能都大同小异,普遍都是以GPS卫星定位系统原理,其缺点就是当儿童进入室内空间时,定位就会出现偏差,仅显示儿童停留在某个地点,而不能确切知道儿童具体的楼层位置。因此市场上以GPS卫星移动网络为主导的儿童智能追踪手表,在室内空间根本不起作用,从而加深犯罪人员的作案几率。随着人们对于精准性和速度的要求越来越高,GPS卫星定位已无法满足人们的需求。随着大数据时代的到来,室内定位的应用已经慢慢浮现在我们身边。现阶段,随着智无线数据网络时代的发展,商场的配套设施也逐渐跟上国际步伐。目前市面上的大型购物商区都覆盖了Wi-Fi与信号基站,以蓝牙iBeacon与Wi-Fi为主要的技术已经成为了室内定位的主流,并适用于各种不同的环境。有了这方面的室内定位技术支持,在实现避免儿童在大型购物商区走失的智能系统就有了更多的可能。本文以我市大型购书中心为案例,为解决顾客的购物之忧,因此给2.5-7岁年龄段的儿童提供场内智能定位追踪的服务,从而更全面的完善了商场对顾客人性化的需求,让顾客体验到完整的服务。本文的调研分析发现,购书中心信息量大而快、图书品种丰富,因而节假日期间吸引大批人流前往阅读学习,其最高峰能达到约三万人(次)。节假日期间平均每小时通过广播寻人的次数达一次,每月高达上百次以上,儿童走失率居高不下。且外通过广播寻人,导致商场内音量过大,影响他人阅读。本论文以商业空间内儿童定位系统,主要是在室内定位技术的支持下而产生的产品设计与交互设计,为更好的解决儿童在商业空间内走失。以室内定位的系统与智能定位器,利用基站与移动网络进行实时监控,在室内楼层内不同店铺的实行定位,避免儿童在商场内走失,弥补了大型购物商场所缺失的方面,给用户带来操作的便利和安全的防范。
[Abstract]:Our country has entered the era of high-speed development of science and technology, big data, intelligence constantly improve our life. Cases of children who have gone missing are also common around us. Some media even pointed out that China has become the world's largest child trafficking market. According to a CCTV CCTV channel program survey, according to incomplete statistics, China's annual number of missing children as high as 200000, the probability of finding back is only about 0.1%. Large shopping malls are precisely the high incidence areas for missing children. In order to better realize shopping in shopping malls, to avoid the problem of children being lost and trafficked in shopping malls, and to eliminate parents' concerns about the safety of children, It has become the first problem to be solved in the management of shopping malls. Many smartwatches have been introduced to prevent children from going missing. These products sell well and are often out of stock. A search for children's smartwatches on popular shopping sites shows more than 4,000 products of the same kind. These smartwatches are similar in shape and function, generally based on the principle of GPS satellite positioning system. The disadvantage is that when children enter the indoor space, the positioning will appear deviation, only showing that the children stay in a certain place. The exact location of the child's floor is not known. Therefore, the children's smart tracking watch, which is dominated by GPS satellite mobile network on the market, does not work in indoor space at all, thus increasing the probability of criminals committing crimes. With the increasing demand for accuracy and speed, GPS positioning has been unable to meet the needs of people. With the arrival of big data era, indoor positioning applications have slowly emerged in our side. At present, with the development of smart wireless data network era, the matching facilities of shopping malls are gradually keeping up with the international pace. At present, Wi-Fi and signal base stations are covered in the large-scale shopping areas. Bluetooth iBeacon and Wi-Fi as the main technology has become the mainstream of indoor positioning, and it is suitable for a variety of different environments. With this kind of indoor positioning technology, it is more possible to implement intelligent systems to avoid children from losing their lives in large shopping areas. This article takes our city large-scale book purchase center as the example, in order to solve the customer's shopping worry, therefore provides the intelligence localization tracking service to the 2.5-7 age group children, thus has perfected the shopping mall to the customer humanization demand more comprehensively, Let the customer experience the complete service. The research and analysis of this paper shows that the information of the purchasing center is large and fast, and the variety of books is rich, so it attracts a large number of people to read and study during the holidays, the peak of which can reach about 30,000 people. During the holidays, the average number of radio searches per hour, more than a hundred times a month, the rate of child loss remains high. And outside through the broadcast to find people, resulting in excessive volume in the mall, affecting others to read. In this paper, the child positioning system in commercial space, mainly under the support of indoor positioning technology and product design and interactive design, in order to better solve the loss of children in the commercial space. With the indoor positioning system and intelligent locator, the base station and mobile network are used to carry out real-time monitoring, to locate different stores in the indoor floors, to avoid the children from losing in the shopping mall, and to make up for the missing aspects of the large-scale shopping mall. Provide users with the convenience of operation and security precautions.
