多工序加工系统中产品质量与设备可靠性集成建模研究

【摘要】:加工系统可靠性是保证产品质量和生产率的重要因素之一。在多工序加工系统中,系统的停工可由系统要素故障或产品质量不合格引起,因此多工序加工系统的可靠性应当同时考虑系统要素和产品质量的影响。 目前很多学者在可靠性分析方面已有大量研究成果,但大多仅考虑了加工系统要素方面的因素,而未考虑产品质量对各加工系统要素的影响以及相互之间的作用。Chen Y.等提出了“质量可靠性交互作用”的理论,建立了多工序加工系统的质量可靠性集成模型,有效的描述了多工序加工系统中产品质量和加工系统要素可靠性之间的交互作用。但是在Chen Y.等提出的模型中,忽略了要素间的相互影响,没有考虑系统要素衰退对系统要素故障的影响。 本文拟通过研究系统要素间的相互作用,改进了质量可靠性交互作用的理论,,完善了多工序加工系统质量可靠性集成建模研究。本文通过MATLAB编程,实现了多工序加工系统质量可靠性集成建模,并通过蒙特卡洛模拟得到系统可靠性的定量分析。另外,本文以Visual C++6.0为平台,开发了“多工序加工系统质量可靠性集成预测系统”,该系统包括“质量可靠性分析”、“性能分析”和“过程控制”三个模块,可对多工序加工系统的可靠性进行预测,并分析系统可靠性对质量可靠性交互作用的敏感程度。同时,该系统还可实现在生产周期结束后对加工系统进行静态分析和在生产过程中对系统进行动态控制等功能。
[Abstract]:The reliability of processing system is one of the important factors to guarantee product quality and productivity. In the multi-process processing system, the shutdown of the system can be caused by the failure of the system elements or the failure of the product quality, so the reliability of the multi-process processing system should take into account the influence of the system elements and the product quality at the same time. At present, many scholars have done a lot of research on reliability analysis, but most of them only consider the factors of processing system, but not the effect of product quality on the factors of processing system. Chen Y. This paper puts forward the theory of "quality and reliability interaction", establishes the quality reliability integration model of multi-process machining system, and effectively describes the interaction between the product quality and the reliability of machining system elements in the multi-process machining system. But in Chen Y. In the proposed model, the interaction between the elements is neglected, and the effect of the system factor decline on the system element failure is not considered. In this paper, the theory of quality reliability interaction is improved by studying the interaction between system elements, and the integrated modeling of quality reliability of multi-process machining system is improved. In this paper, the integrated modeling of quality reliability of multi-process machining system is realized by MATLAB programming, and the quantitative analysis of system reliability is obtained by Monte Carlo simulation. In addition, based on Visual C 6.0, an integrated quality reliability prediction system for multi-process machining system is developed. The system includes three modules: "quality reliability analysis", "performance analysis" and "process control". The reliability of multi-process machining system can be predicted and the sensitivity of system reliability to the interaction of quality and reliability is analyzed. At the same time, the system can also realize the static analysis of the processing system after the end of the production cycle and the dynamic control of the system in the production process.
