高强度瓦楞纸板用热硬性树脂粘合剂的研究

【摘要】:随着现代化的脚步,包装产品的质量问题日益受到关注。金属包装、纸包装、塑料包装产品的强度问题也因而渐渐引起争议。其中纸包装产品中的瓦楞纸板包装的强度问题正是目前研究的热点。瓦楞纸板包装强度一方面取决于构成纸板的原纸的强度,一方面则取决于添加到纸板中的粘合剂,粘合剂固化后的强度因其成分的不同而大有所异。目前市场上正大量使用的是淀粉粘合剂,因其成本低环保而受到一致认可。但是淀粉粘合剂涂布后的纸箱的强度还远远不足,在运输过程中存在很大的风险,容易对内装物造成破坏,进而损害客户的利益,影响企业的信誉度。本课题意在研究能用于瓦楞纸板的热硬性树脂粘合剂,使其从纸板强度提高率和经济适用性分析两方面都能满足要求,使得高强度瓦楞纸板的强度能与发达国家的相比较,进而提高企业的效益。 本论文对瓦楞纸板进行相关分类,并对其纸板的生产工艺和粘合剂的黏合工艺进行阐述。以四层复合瓦楞纸板作为原材料,对其进行不同种类的粘合剂的涂布。将木薯淀粉粘合剂、水玻璃、CP88淀粉粘合剂、聚乙烯醇粘合剂、聚醋酸乙烯酯粘合剂分别涂布于复合瓦楞中,并对生产完成的四层复合瓦楞纸板进行边压强度和平压强度测试,最终得出水玻璃的边压强度和平压强度为最优选择。 使用origin软件对研究的数据进行绘图,origin作为数据分析软件之一,能够清楚的分析出由于实验因素不同而产生不同结果的原因,并对多种因素产生的不同结果相比较。本课题采用origin从图中能够准确的比较和分析四层复合瓦楞纸板强度提高率,并更加确定了水玻璃为强度提高率最大的粘合剂。 同时本课题也对五种粘合剂进行了经济技术分析,从成本方面再次验证,强度提高率较大的水玻璃经济适用性也最佳,从而为企业赢得更多的利润。
[Abstract]:With the step of modernization, the quality of packaging products has been paid more and more attention. Metal packaging, paper packaging, plastic packaging product strength also gradually aroused controversy. The strength of corrugated board packaging in paper packaging products is the focus of current research. The packaging strength of corrugated board depends on the strength of the base paper, on the other hand, on the adhesive added to the paperboard. At present, starch adhesives are widely used in the market, because of its low cost and environmental protection. However, the strength of carton coated with starch adhesive is still far from enough, and there is a great risk in the transportation process, which can easily damage the contents, and then damage the interests of customers and affect the reputation of enterprises. The purpose of this paper is to study the thermosetting resin binder which can be used in corrugated paperboard, so that it can meet the requirements in terms of strength improvement rate and economic applicability analysis, so that the strength of high strength corrugated board can be compared with that of developed countries. And then improve the efficiency of the enterprise. In this paper, corrugated board is classified, and the production process and adhesive bonding process of corrugated board are described. Four-layer composite corrugated board was used as raw material to coat it with different kinds of binder. Tapioca starch binder, sodium silicate cp 88 starch adhesive, polyvinyl alcohol binder and polyvinyl acetate binder were respectively coated in the composite corrugated, and the edge compression strength and compressive strength of the four layers of composite corrugated paperboard were tested. Finally, it is concluded that the edge compression strength and the compressive strength of sodium silicate are the best choice. As one of the data analysis software, origin software is used to draw the origin of the studied data. It can clearly analyze the causes of different results due to different experimental factors, and compare the different results of many factors. In this paper, origin is used to accurately compare and analyze the strength improvement rate of four-layer composite corrugated board, and the water glass is more determined as the binder with the greatest strength improvement rate. At the same time, the economic and technical analysis of five kinds of binders is also carried out. It is proved again from the cost that the economic applicability of sodium silicate with high strength improvement rate is the best, so as to win more profits for enterprises.
