基于使用行为的车用内饰手持清洁器优化设计研究

【摘要】：随着汽车行业在国内的迅速发展,汽车美容保养行业也随之兴起。而车内饰用手持清洁器则由于携带方便,成本较低,便于清洗和使用被广泛使用。通过笔者的调查研究,发现市场上现有的车内饰手持清洁器则普遍存在种类单一、不符合人机,设计感缺乏等诸多问题。因此,设计改良现有的车内饰手持清洁器使其满足大众的使用习惯大势所趋。本论文通过对车用内饰手持清洁器的相关设计要素进行分析,在造型和材料以及功能结构上进行分析,得到车用内饰手持清洁器的主要材料使用和功能要求。笔者通过对驾驶者的车用手持清洁器进行问卷调查,通过统计分析,总结发现现用的清洁器存在以下不足：产品外观功能单一、材质选择不尽合理、未能充分考虑擦拭姿势等方面,以此作为设计优化的侧重点。通过对车用手持清洁器的使用行为分析,结合相关的评价量表,得到车用内饰手持清洁器的手持宽度、手指按压角度、手持长度和擦拭头角度的尺寸要求,为设计最终结构做好准备。我们对驾驶人员在车用内饰手持清洁器的使用情况的普遍问题上进行分析整理归纳,结合相关的案例,试图寻找到车用内饰手持清洁器使用过程中的解决方法,运用案例分析法,文献调查和综合分析法对车用内饰手持清洁器进行设计实践。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of automobile industry in China, the auto beauty maintenance industry is also rising. The handheld cleaner for car interior is widely used because of its convenient carrying and low cost. Through the investigation and research of the author, it is found that there are many problems in the market, such as the single type of handheld cleaner, which is not in accordance with the man machine, the lack of design sense and so on. Therefore, the design of the existing car interior handheld cleaner to meet the general trend of the use of the public. Through the analysis of the relevant design elements of the handheld cleaner for vehicle interior decoration, the main materials and functional requirements of the handheld cleaner for vehicle interior decoration are obtained by analyzing the modeling and materials as well as the functional structure of the handheld cleaner. Through the questionnaire survey of the driver's handheld cleaner, through statistical analysis, the author concludes that the current cleaner has the following shortcomings: the product appearance function is single, the material selection is not reasonable, It fails to fully consider wiping posture and so on, as the focus of design optimization. Through the analysis of the use behavior of the handheld cleaner for vehicle, combined with the relevant evaluation scale, the size requirements of the handheld width, finger pressing angle, handheld length and wiping head angle of the handheld cleaner for vehicle interior decoration were obtained. Prepare for the design of the final structure. We analyze and summarize the common problem of the driver in the use of the handheld cleaner in the car interior decoration, and combine the relevant cases to try to find the solution in the process of using the handheld cleaner for the interior decoration of the vehicle. Case analysis, literature investigation and comprehensive analysis are used to design handheld cleaner for vehicle interior decoration.
