KANO模型在智能花盆设计的应用研究

【摘要】:在产品设计中,KANO模型是用来对用户的需求进行分类,从而协助设计师找到提高用户满意度的设计切入点,使企业能够做出正确的产品定位。调研用户对产品的功能需求,针对每个需求设计调研分析评价表,定义用户满意度与用户需求水平之间的关系表达式和可变参数,通过计算得到每个需求的类型,从而完成需求分类。以智能花盆产品设计为例,通过KANO模型从产品功能需求分析的角度出发,发掘人们对于桌面盆栽植物养护需求,设计智能化的花盆产品,并设计与产品需求相关的移动终端程序界面。为产品创新提供设计思路,并为相关产品的设计提供参考。
[Abstract]:In product design, Kano model is used to classify the needs of users, so as to help designers find the design breakthrough point to improve the satisfaction of users, so that enterprises can make the correct product positioning. The functional requirements of the product are investigated, and a survey and evaluation table is designed for each requirement. The expression and variable parameters of the relationship between user satisfaction and the level of user demand are defined, and the type of each requirement is obtained by calculating. In order to complete the classification of requirements. Taking the design of intelligent flowerpot as an example, through KANO model, from the point of view of product function requirement analysis, this paper explores people's demand for maintenance of potted plants on the desktop, and designs intelligent flowerpot products. And design a mobile terminal program interface related to product requirements. To provide design ideas for product innovation, and to provide reference for the design of related products.
