离散型制造车间操作人员优化配置方法研究

【摘要】:针对离散型制造企业的人员配置问题,本文根据其不同生产方式从两个层面展开研究:一种是对于流水线型(Flow-shop)制造车间需要长期规划的生产线上操作人员的优化配置问题,解决的是操作人员在哪里工作的问题;另一种是对于车间任务型(Job-shop)柔性制造车间短期内根据客户个性化需求对操作人员的调度问题,研究的是操作人员什么时间分配什么任务的问题。 文章首先以给定时间内操作人员的平均操作时间和完成质量为评价指标,利用熵值法确定时间和质量两评价指标的权重,构建操作人员胜任力评价模型,计算操作人员相对各操作任务的胜任力指数。然后在此基础上,针对Flow-shop制造车间建立人员工位匹配度评价模型,根据操作人员与工位之间的匹配度,以最大化生产线的人员工位匹配度总和以及最小化工位间匹配度差异性为优化目标,构建流水线型生产方式下基于工位的操作人员优化配置模型,设计了一种启发式算法并结合实例对该模型进行了求解和验证;针对Job-shop柔性制造车间,以任务总完成时间最小为优化目标建立资源受限下人员调度数学模型,通过启发式算法得到模型的初始解,并运用改进的遗传算法对模型进行求解,得到最优的人员调度方案,并结合具体实例验证该求解模型的准确性与可行性。最后,,根据某重型汽车有限公司的主减速器总成和驱动桥总成装配线的具体需求,采用本文所提出的理论方法,构建系统的概念模型、功能模型和数据库模型,并开发了基于MES的线上人员调度系统。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the staffing problem of discrete manufacturing enterprises, this paper studies on two aspects according to their different modes of production: one is the optimal allocation of operators on the production line which needs long-term planning for the production shop of pipeline type Flow-shop. The problem of where the operator works is solved; the other is the scheduling problem of the operator in the Job-shop flexible manufacturing workshop according to the individual needs of the customer in a short period of time. It is the question of when the operator assigns what tasks. In this paper, the average operating time and the quality of the operator within a given time are taken as the evaluation indexes, and the weight of the two evaluation indexes of time and quality is determined by the entropy method, and the competency evaluation model of the operator is constructed. Calculate the competency index of the operator relative to each task. On the basis of this, the evaluation model of human and employee bit matching degree is established for Flow-shop manufacturing workshop, and according to the matching degree between operator and work station, In order to maximize the sum of the human and employee position matching degree of the production line and minimize the difference of the position matching degree, the optimal configuration model of the operator based on the pipeline production mode is constructed. A heuristic algorithm is designed, and the model is solved and verified with an example. Aiming at the Job-shop flexible manufacturing shop, the mathematical model of personnel scheduling under resource constraints is established with the minimum total task completion time as the optimization goal. The initial solution of the model is obtained by heuristic algorithm, and the model is solved by the improved genetic algorithm, and the optimal personnel scheduling scheme is obtained. The accuracy and feasibility of the model are verified by an example. Finally, according to the specific requirements of the main reducer assembly line and the drive axle assembly line of a heavy-duty automobile limited company, the conceptual model, function model and database model of the system are constructed by using the theoretical method proposed in this paper. And the online personnel scheduling system based on MES is developed.
