微振爆破技术在复杂环境下硬岩隧道施工中的应用

【摘要】:青岛地铁3号线青人区间隧道处于微风化花岗岩地层,浅埋下穿国家级文物保护建筑和中山路人防裸洞室群,周边环境复杂。为确保古建筑群的安全和防止裸洞室群坍塌,文章通过现场试验,验证爆破安全判据;采用大直径超前掏槽空孔、直眼掏槽逐孔延时起爆、分区孔内外毫秒延迟起爆网络、周边预钻减振孔、周边孔隔孔装药、时空降振等综合减振技术措施,成功穿越文物保护建筑和人防裸洞室群,形成的微振爆破技术研究成果可为类似工程提供参考。
[Abstract]:The Qingren section tunnel of Qingdao Metro Line 3 is located in the breezy granite stratum, and is buried in the national cultural relic protection building and the civil air defense bare cavern group of Zhongshan Road. The surrounding environment is complex. In order to ensure the safety of the ancient building group and prevent the collapse of the naked cavern group, the paper verifies the blasting safety criterion through the field test, adopts the large-diameter advance cut hole, the straight hole by hole delay initiation, the partition hole inside and outside the millisecond delay initiation network, Comprehensive vibration reduction measures such as peripheral pre-drilling damping hole, peripheral hole septum charging, time-airborne vibration reduction and so on, have successfully passed through cultural relic protection buildings and groups of civil air defense naked caverns. The research results of micro-vibration blasting technology can be used as reference for similar projects.
