一种板式电涡流阻尼器的有限元模拟及试验分析

【摘要】:为了得到一种板式电涡流阻尼器的阻尼特性,文章建立了板式电涡流阻尼器的有限元模型;对不同气隙条件下的阻尼系数和导体板表面的最大磁感应强度进行了分析计算;并在自主开发的振动测试装置上测试了板式电涡流阻尼器的阻尼特性。研究结果表明:有限元计算结果与试验结果吻合较好,根据有限元模拟和振动测试试验可以准确设计和评价板式电涡流阻尼器的阻尼特性。
[Abstract]:In order to obtain the damping characteristics of a plate eddy current damper, the finite element model of the plate eddy current damper is established, and the damping coefficient and the maximum magnetic induction intensity on the surface of the conductor plate under different air gap conditions are analyzed and calculated. The damping characteristics of the plate eddy current damper are tested on the self-developed vibration test device. The results show that the finite element calculation results are in good agreement with the experimental results. The damping characteristics of plate eddy current dampers can be accurately designed and evaluated by finite element simulation and vibration test.
