印铁烘房高速上料与温度均匀性研究

【摘要】:近年来,我国国民经济发展迅速,人民生活水平有了很大的提高。市场对金属包装制品的需求和质量要求越来越高,为了满足市场需求,提高我国印铁行业的自主研发能力,国内各个印铁企业大力发展相关技术,努力提高印铁生产线的单线生产效率和金属印制品的质量。烘房生产线作为印铁生产线的重要组成部分,直接制约了全线的生产效率和产品质量,因此对于烘房相关技术的研究对于金属包装业的发展有着至关重要的作用。 论文首先探讨了烘房的上料装置,分析烘房上料装置的工作原理,并提出制约烘房高速上料的影响因素。在此基础上,分析现有的上料装置的工作效率,根据实际生产需要,设计了新型的上料装置,解决了高速上料易引发的撞铁和精确定位等问题。然后探究了烘房温度均匀性问题。在本论文中主要探讨不同的烘房结构和不同的工艺参数对烘房温度均匀性的影响。在烘房结构方面,主要是对气流的喷嘴、分风导流片和气流出口三个方面进行研究,分析其对温度均匀性的影响程度。针对气流喷嘴,考虑其直接影响入风的风量大小、送风角度、送风范围等因素,分别分析喷嘴的数量、布局以及形状对温度均匀性的影响;针对分风导流片,设计一种新式的结构,有利于风量的分配,并对导流片的位置进行优化,设计多组实验,找到最利于风量分配的导流片位置;最后考虑气流的循环出口形状对温度均匀性的影响程度。在工艺参数方面,主要考虑入风的风速和入风的温度对均匀性的影响程度,分别设定烘房在不同的送风速度和送风温度下,温室温度的变化情况,观察各温度分布规律随各参数的变化情况,并根据各自规律和实际情况得到最佳的工艺参数。 本论文的设计研究都是从实际生产出发,一方面能够提高烘房生产线的工作效率和产品质量,同时另一方面对节约材料和资料的合理利用有着至关重要的作用,因此具有很大的实用价值。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China's national economy has developed rapidly, the people's living standards have been greatly improved. In order to meet the demand of the market and improve the independent R & D capability of China's printing iron industry, the domestic printing iron enterprises vigorously develop the relevant technology, in order to meet the needs of the market and improve the independent R & D capability of the printing iron industry. Try to improve the single-line production efficiency of printing iron production line and the quality of metal printing products. As an important part of the printing iron production line, the oven production line directly restricts the production efficiency and product quality of the whole line. Therefore, the research on the relevant technology of the oven has a vital role in the development of the metal packaging industry. Firstly, the paper discusses the feeding device of the oven, analyzes the working principle of the feeding device, and puts forward the influencing factors that restrict the high-speed feeding of the oven. On this basis, the working efficiency of the existing feeding device is analyzed. According to the actual production needs, a new feeding device is designed, which solves the problems of iron collision and accurate positioning caused by high speed feeding. Then it explores the temperature uniformity of the oven. In this paper, the effects of different oven structure and different process parameters on the temperature uniformity of the oven are discussed. In the aspect of the structure of the oven, this paper mainly studies the nozzle of the air flow, the flow guide and the outlet of the air flow, and analyzes the influence of the nozzle on the temperature uniformity. Considering the factors such as air volume, air supply angle and air supply range, the influences of the number, layout and shape of the nozzle on the temperature uniformity are analyzed respectively. A new type of structure is designed, which is advantageous to the distribution of air volume, and optimizes the position of the guide vane, and designs many groups of experiments to find the location of the most favorable air volume distribution. Finally, the influence of the flow outlet shape on the temperature uniformity is considered. In terms of process parameters, considering the influence of the wind speed and the temperature of the inlet air on the uniformity, the change of greenhouse temperature in the different air supply speed and temperature is set respectively. The variation of temperature distribution with each parameter was observed, and the optimum process parameters were obtained according to their own rules and actual conditions. The design and research of this thesis are all based on actual production. On the one hand, it can improve the working efficiency and product quality of the oven production line, on the other hand, it plays an important role in saving the reasonable use of materials and materials. Therefore, it has great practical value.
