【摘要】：老船木马赛克类属于装饰材料,同时也是一种装饰产品,属于工业产品设计的范畴。老船木马赛克地自身属性特点在设计中得到凸显和自然流露,其色彩、肌理成为一种独特的表现语言。船木作为老船木马赛克的基材,其纹理奇异,触感温和,给人回归自然、返璞归真的亲切感,具有极强的设计表现力和视觉冲击力。木材的残缺美在老船木产品中得到充分体现,尤其是老船木马赛克,充分的展现了木材腐蚀残缺,非凡而特殊的禅意境界。本文以老船木马赛克为研究对象,从其设计与应用的角度出发,分析老船木马赛克的设计内涵和基本设计原则,并基于老船木马赛克的九大基本原则,如艺术性、实用性、工艺性、经济性、安全性、科学性、系统性、创新性和可持续性,对老船木马赛克进行造型设计、功能设计、结构设计及工艺设计。在老船木马赛克造型设计方面,通过遵循比例与尺寸、统一与变化、韵律与节奏、均衡与稳定几大基本构图法则,并合理运用点、线、面、体四大设计要素,归纳出了老船木马赛克的平面方拼组合方式、三维组合方式、色块组合方式、质感肌理组合方式、材料特异组合方式等造型设计组合方式；在功能设计方面,主要考虑装饰审美功能、防护功能、改善使用环境功能；在结构设计方面,主要解析纤维网布黏贴组合结构设计、龙骨框架结构设计、榫卯连接结构设计；在工艺设计方面,阐述了老船木马赛克的取材工艺及老船木马赛克的生产工艺。通过以上研究,剖析了整个老船木马赛克设计系统,展现了其非凡的表现力,促进老船木马赛克单元造型多样化发展,以发挥其最大创新空间来满足使用者需求。老船木马赛克的应用方面,详细阐述了老船木马赛克在室内界面上的应用途径及方法,并详细介绍了老船木马赛克在室内界面的施工工艺和后期养护,为老船木马赛克在室内界面合理运用提供理论参考。本课题还简要讨论了老船木马赛克的发展与传承,其发展的主要方向是可持续发展,合理回收开采老船木资源,充分利用回收的老船木资源。可持续发展必须建立在设计创新的基础之上,应用巧妙的设计手段、提高工艺技术、降低损耗、提高出材率,使老船木资源实现充分利用。在传承方面,寻找新的应用媒介和途径。
