基于电液协调式挖掘机复合动作能量回收研究

【摘要】:为了更好地实现液压挖掘机动臂与转台复合动作时的能量回收,对比了不同回收方式下的能量回收系统方案。在AMESim软件中分别建立液压式、电力式以及电液协调式能量回收系统的仿真模型,通过仿真分析综合比较,提出了一种基于蓄能器-液压马达-发电机的液压挖掘机电液协调式能量回收系统。研究结果表明:该系统的能量回收率达到了45.47%,能量再利用率达到了47.37%;能耗小,能量回收及再利用效率高,能更好地实现动臂与转台复合动作时的能量回收。
[Abstract]:In order to better realize the energy recovery of the hydraulic excavator when the moving arm and the rotary table are combined, the energy recovery system schemes under different recovery methods are compared. The simulation models of hydraulic, electric and electric-hydraulic coordinated energy recovery systems are established in AMESim software. An electro hydraulic coordinated energy recovery system of hydraulic excavator based on accumulator-hydraulic motor-generator is proposed. The results show that the energy recovery rate of the system is 45.47, the energy reuse ratio is 47.37, the energy consumption is low, the energy recovery and reuse efficiency is high, and the energy recovery can be better realized when the moving arm and the turntable are combined.
