液压数据传输与测控系统实现

【摘要】:为了研究机床工作过程中液压数据的变化规律,设计液压检测与数据采集传输系统,实现了机床压力数据实时在线监控,并借助MATLAB绘制出液压曲线图,对数据进行处理、分析,方便对机床液压特性的研究。经实验验证:系统能够实现对液压值的实时检测传输,同时MATLAB能够很好地实现数据处理,具有一定的可行与实用性。
[Abstract]:In order to study the changing rule of hydraulic data in the working process of machine tools, a hydraulic testing and data acquisition and transmission system is designed, which realizes the real-time on-line monitoring of the pressure data of machine tools, and draws the hydraulic curves with MATLAB to process and analyze the data. Easy to study the hydraulic characteristics of machine tools. The experimental results show that the system can realize the real-time detection and transmission of hydraulic value, and MATLAB can realize the data processing well, which is feasible and practical.
