用于非冷冻低温区运输的复合有机物相变蓄冷剂

【摘要】:从十四烷、月桂酸、月桂酸甲酯、正癸醇、正癸酸、水杨酸乙酯6种有机物中初步筛选复配物质,通过热力学公式计算二元复配物的理论配比和相变潜热,选取合适温度且相变潜热较高的复配物质,以DSC进行相变特性评价和稳定性测试。结果表明,正癸酸/月桂酸甲酯、正癸酸/正癸醇、月桂酸/十四烷、月桂酸甲酯/月桂酸等组合的Onset温度范围为0~4℃,相变潜热在150~210 J/g之间,符合目标Onset温度0~6℃并具有较高相变潜热的要求;相变潜热最大且共融性和稳定性最好的二元复配物是月桂酸/十四烷(质量比3.12∶96.88),Onset温度4.03℃,相变潜热207.05 J/g;热物性性能较好且成本较低的是月桂酸/十四烷(质量比6.17∶93.83)和正癸酸/十四烷(质量比22.68∶77.32),Onset温度分别为3.89℃和3.19℃,相变潜热分别为192.61 J/g和189.21 J/g;相变可调规律性良好的二元复配物是正癸酸/正癸醇,正癸酸质量分数在34.51%~47.24%之间变化时,Onset温度为0.96~3.60℃,相变潜热为155~171 J/g。
[Abstract]:The compound compounds were preliminarily selected from six organic compounds: tetradecane, methyl laurate, n-decanol, n-decanoic acid and ethyl salicylate. The theoretical ratio and latent heat of phase transition of the binary compound were calculated by thermodynamic formula. The phase transition characteristics and stability of the compound materials with suitable temperature and high latent heat were evaluated by DSC. The results show that the Onset temperature range of the combination of n-decanoic acid / lauric acid methyl ester, decanoic acid / decanol, lauric acid / tetradecane and methyl lauric acid / lauric acid is 0 ~ 4 鈩,
