斗篷山道路开挖工程爆破振动安全控制技术研究

【摘要】:城镇道路工程中的爆破振动一直是施工各方关心的问题,爆破振动控制技术的研究对爆破安全具有重要的意义。结合贵阳市斗篷山道路开挖具体工程实例,根据损伤理论和声波测试技术取得保护对象的爆破损伤累积系数,用以修正安全允许振速作为爆破振动控制标准;进一步分析爆区周边振动控制要点,对附近民房采用三级保护,军用信号塔采用二级保护。控制爆破后保护对象附近的振动监测结果显示:采用电子雷管网路爆破的最大振速明显小于导爆管网路爆破,并且爆后岩渣块度均小于50 cm;运用模糊评判方法分析导爆管网路爆破效果和安全控制标准的贴近度为0.350,而电子雷管网路爆破贴近度0.425更接近于安全控制标准;采用合理的爆破振动控制措施结合电子雷管爆破技术使斗篷山开挖爆破振动得到了有效的控制。
[Abstract]:Blasting vibration in urban road engineering is always concerned by all construction parties. The study of blasting vibration control technology is of great significance to blasting safety. According to the damage theory and acoustic wave testing technology, the cumulative blasting damage coefficient of the protected object is obtained according to the concrete engineering example of the road excavation in Doufeng Mountain, Guiyang City, which is used to modify the safe allowable vibration velocity as the blasting vibration control standard. The main points of vibration control around the explosion zone are further analyzed. The third level protection is adopted for the nearby houses and the second protection is used for the military signal tower. The results of vibration monitoring near the protected object after controlled blasting show that the maximum vibration velocity of blasting using electronic detonator network is obviously smaller than that of detonator network blasting. In addition, the degree of fragmentation of rock and slag after explosion is less than 50 cm, the closeness of blasting effect and safety control standard is 0.350 by using fuzzy evaluation method, and the blasting closeness degree of electronic detonator network is more close to the safety control standard than that of electronic detonator network. Using reasonable blasting vibration control measures and electronic detonator blasting technology, the blasting vibration of cloak hill excavation can be effectively controlled.
