串联可修生产线缓冲库存设计与可靠性研究

【摘要】:以串联可修生产线缓冲库存和可靠性为研究对象,基于生产协同性,建立了设备故障率服从指数分布、维修时间服从对数正态分布的串联可修生产线结构模型。根据生产线可靠性的不同要求,以平均修复时间的不同置信上限作为修复时间提出了最小缓冲库存、最大缓存的计算公式和对库存均衡条件进行了分析,通过实例验证了计算公式的有效性。继而推导出生产线可靠性与设备维修时间的数学关系,从而得知生产线可靠性不仅与引起设备故障的各种直接因素有关,还与维修水平、各缓存区实际缓存量、瓶颈单元的生产率以及故障设备在生产线的位置等因素有关,为实际生产提供了理论参考。
[Abstract]:Taking buffer inventory and reliability of series repairable production line as research object, a series repairable production line structure model with exponential distribution of equipment failure rate and logarithmic normal distribution of service time is established based on production synergy. According to the different requirements of the reliability of the production line, the minimum buffer inventory, the calculation formula of the maximum cache and the equilibrium condition of the inventory are proposed with the different confidence upper limit of the average repair time as the repair time. An example is given to verify the validity of the formula. The mathematical relationship between the reliability of the production line and the maintenance time of the equipment is deduced, and the reliability of the production line is not only related to the direct factors causing the equipment failure, but also to the maintenance level and the actual cache quantity in each buffer area. The productivity of the bottleneck unit and the location of the fault equipment in the production line are related, which provides a theoretical reference for the actual production.
