基于TRIZ的绿色产品创新设计研究

【摘要】:随着制造业的飞速发展,全球性的环境恶化、资源紧缺和能源危机等问题日益凸现。绿色设计作为一种顺应可持续发展要求的先进设计技术,已被公认为是解决以上问题的有效途径。目前,绿色设计作为一种新兴的设计理念,还缺乏系统性的理论体系、方法以及工具的支撑,从而导致其很难在企业中得到推广,这已成为绿色设计技术在工程实践中进一步实施和应用的瓶颈。因此,如何将其他创新设计方法和技术融入绿色产品设计过程,建立完善的绿色产品创新设计理论体系,并在此基础之上开发面向绿色产品创新设计的软件系统,帮助企业提高绿色创新设计能力,从而开发环境友好性产品是当前绿色设计领域亟待解决的问题。本文在深入分析国内外现有先进设计方法的基础上,对产品绿色设计理论体系、绿色产品用户需求分析、实例推理原理、基于AHP(层次分析法)的产品绿色设计方案评价、基于TRIZ(发明问题解决理论)的绿色产品设计问题解决方法以及面向绿色产品创新设计的CAI(计算机辅助创新设计)系统开发等内容进行了重点研究。本文主要研究工作包括以下几个方面:首先,系统的研究了现代绿色设计理论体系,深入地分析了绿色设计概念、主要内容、设计原则、实施步骤、关键技术及其与传统设计的区别,完善了绿色设计理论的基本框架。同时,分析了目前绿色产品创新设计中存在的关键问题。其次,探究绿色设计与先进创新设计方法的集成。基于现有的绿色设计方面的研究,结合鱼骨法、CBR、AHP、TRIZ等创新设计理论与方法的特点,探讨如何集成上述先进设计理论与方法来分析并解决产品绿色设计问题的途径,并将其应用于面向产品全生命周期的绿色设计的各个阶段,构建多方法集成的产品绿色设计问题解决过程模型。再次,设计并实现了面向绿色产品创新设计的CAI软件原型系统。该软件系统以基于TRIZ理论的多方法集成的绿色产品创新设计模型为理论基础,构建软件的结构体系、底层数据库以及软件系统的功能模块,通过SQL Server 2005和C#等计算机技术工具完成了软件整体界面和功能的实现。最后,以洗衣机的绿色设计为例,应用本课题开发的面向绿色产品创新设计的CAI软件系统,针对其节水、节电、无污染排放等绿色设计需求,分析并解决了其绿色设计中存在的问题,并最终得到了合理可行的洗衣机绿色设计方案,验证了本文设计的CAI软件系统的合理性和可行性。本论文采取的研究思路如下:以现状分析、理论研究为基础,通过对产品绿色设计理论集成创新的探讨,开发绿色产品创新设计CAI系统并通过设计实例验证其可行性。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of manufacturing industry, global environmental degradation, resource shortage and energy crisis have become increasingly prominent. Green design, as an advanced design technology to meet the requirements of sustainable development, has been recognized as an effective way to solve the above problems. At present, as a new design concept, green design lacks systematic theoretical system, methods and tools, which makes it difficult to be popularized in enterprises. This has become the bottleneck of further implementation and application of green design technology in engineering practice. Therefore, how to integrate other innovative design methods and technologies into the green product design process, establish a perfect theoretical system of green product innovation design, and develop a software system for green product innovation design on this basis. It is an urgent problem in the field of green design to help enterprises improve their green innovative design ability and develop environment-friendly products. On the basis of deep analysis of the existing advanced design methods at home and abroad, this paper evaluates the green design scheme of products based on AHP, including the theory system of green design, the analysis of user demand of green products, the principle of case-based reasoning, and the evaluation of product green design scheme based on AHP (Analytic hierarchy process). The solution of green product design problem based on Triz (invention problem solving theory) and the development of CAI (computer aided innovation design) system for green product innovation design are studied in detail. The main research work of this paper includes the following aspects: firstly, this paper systematically studies the modern green design theory system, deeply analyzes the concept, main contents, design principles and implementation steps of green design. The key technology and its difference with traditional design perfect the basic frame of green design theory. At the same time, the key problems in green product innovation design are analyzed. Secondly, explore the integration of green design and advanced innovative design methods. Based on the existing research on green design, combined with the characteristics of innovative design theories and methods, such as fish bone method (CBR) AHP Triz and so on, this paper discusses how to integrate the above advanced design theories and methods to analyze and solve the green design problems of products. It is applied to all stages of green design for the whole product life cycle, and a multi-method integrated product green design problem solving process model is constructed. Thirdly, the CAI software prototype system for green product innovation design is designed and implemented. The software system is based on the multi-method integrated green product innovation design model based on Triz theory. The software structure system, the underlying database and the function module of the software system are constructed. The software interface and function are realized by SQL Server 2005 and C #. Finally, taking the green design of washing machine as an example, the CAI software system for innovative design of green products developed by this subject is applied to meet the green design needs, such as water saving, electricity saving, no pollution emission and so on. The problems in green design are analyzed and solved, and a reasonable and feasible green design scheme of washing machine is obtained, which verifies the rationality and feasibility of the CAI software system designed in this paper. The research ideas adopted in this paper are as follows: based on the current situation analysis and theoretical research, the CAI system of green product innovation design is developed through the discussion of product green design theory integration and innovation, and the feasibility of CAI system is verified by design examples.
