大型制冷车间及冷库控制系统设计与实现

【摘要】:改革开放后,尤其是进入21世纪,我国处于冷库建设的高峰期,主要分布个沿海城市等一、二线城市,及水果、蔬菜的主要产地。在冷库建设迅猛发展的过程中出现了诸多问题,主要表现在两方面:一是冷库自动化控制程度比较低;二是冷库节能措施未引起足够重视。 本文针对上述冷库发展中存在的问题,首先深入研究了制冷工艺和原理,结合实际应用经验,从冷凝压力节能控制技术、冷库融霜节能控制技术、压缩机变频节能技术等几个方面,对冷库节能技术与措施进行了研究和实现。通过对冷库控制系统中PLC控制技术、工业现场总线技术、SCADA监控技术、基于WEB的远程发布技术等关键技术的深入研究,结合制冷工艺和原理,将自动化高新技术应用到冷库自动及节能控制的实践当中。通过PLC及SCADA监控系统实现了冷库的全自动无人值守运行;基于WINCC监控软件设计实现了冷库的管控一体化;采用PID控制算法实现设备的高效无故障运行;利用工业现场总线实现了系统的远程监控与管理。 本文设计并实现的冷库自动控制系统已经投入运行,运行效果良好,有效提高了冷库自动化程度,在冷库节能方面的技术和措施也得到了充分验证。
[Abstract]:After the reform and opening up, especially in the 21st century, China is in the peak of cold storage construction, mainly distributed in coastal cities, such as the first and second tier cities, as well as the main producing areas of fruits and vegetables. In the process of the rapid development of cold storage construction, there are many problems, mainly in two aspects: first, the degree of automation control of cold storage is relatively low; second, the energy saving measures of cold storage have not attracted enough attention. In view of the problems existing in the development of the cold storage, this paper first studies the refrigeration technology and principle, combining with the practical application experience, from the condensing pressure energy-saving control technology, freezer defrosting energy saving control technology. The energy saving technology and measures of cold storage are studied and realized in several aspects such as frequency conversion and energy saving technology of compressor. Through the deep research on the key technologies such as PLC control technology in the cold storage control system, SCADA monitoring technology based on industrial fieldbus and remote release technology based on Web, the refrigeration technology and principle are combined. Apply automatic high-tech to the practice of automatic and energy-saving control in cold storage. Through PLC and SCADA monitoring system, the automatic unattended operation of cold storage is realized, the control integration of cold storage is realized based on WinCC monitoring software, and the efficient and fault-free operation of equipment is realized by pid control algorithm. The remote monitoring and management of the system is realized by using industrial fieldbus. The automatic control system of cold storage designed and implemented in this paper has been put into operation, and the operation effect is good, and the automation degree of cold storage has been improved effectively. The technology and measures of saving energy in cold storage have also been fully verified.
