熵权FAHP法在车间布局评价中的应用

【摘要】:制造系统的布局设计与评价作为制造业中最为关键的环节,它综合考虑物流、信息流、生产能力、生产效率、生产成本等,将企业的制造资源合理、高效地整合在一个有限的生产空间里。良好的系统布局,不仅可以提高物料的流通速度,更是大大缩短产品生命周期,提高生产效率,从而加快企业响应市场需求,为企业占领市场取得先机。 然而,随着现代制造业的不断发展,,新的制造技术,如网络化、智能化、系统化、柔性化等不断涌现出来,这也对制造业系统布局的设计和评价发出了新的挑战。建立一个包含布局设计、物流系统设计、方案评价于一体的综合性车间规划平台是至关重要的。因此本文在对车间布局进行设计的同时也提出了一种新的车间布局评价方法,具体研究内容如下: 首先,建立基于SLP的车间布局设计方案。深入了解案例企业新建车间的原始数据,应用系统布置设计方法(SLP),对产品的生产工艺进行合理设计,以多种不同型号的阀门产品为例,分析各作业单位间的物流关系,计算各个作业单位接近程度,绘制出作业单位位置相关图,以此为依据,确定几个合理的布局方案。 其次,构建车间布局评价指标体系。介绍评价指标体系的建立方法及过程,以现有的车间布局评价指标为基础,融入先进制造业的新思想、新观念,将绿色性以及人性化的相关指标加入到车间布局评价指标体系中,构建适用于该车间的布局评价指标体系。 最后,构建基于熵权FAHP法对车间布局评价。通过对熵权法和FAHP的基本概念的简单介绍,构建基于熵权FAHP综合评价模型,着重介绍熵权法确定权重以及三角模糊数构建模糊评价矩阵的过程,最后,运用熵权FAHP模型对车间布局进行有效评价,并得出评价结果,为决策者提供依据。
[Abstract]:The layout design and evaluation of manufacturing system, as the most important link in manufacturing industry, consider the logistics, information flow, production capacity, production efficiency, production cost and so on, so that the manufacturing resources of the enterprise are reasonable. Efficiently integrate in a limited production space. A good system layout can not only increase the velocity of material circulation, but also shorten the life cycle of product greatly, improve production efficiency, so as to speed up the enterprise to respond to the market demand and obtain the first opportunity for the enterprise to occupy the market. However, with the continuous development of modern manufacturing industry, new manufacturing technologies, such as network, intelligence, systematization, flexibility and so on, are emerging, which also gives a new challenge to the design and evaluation of manufacturing system layout. It is very important to establish a comprehensive workshop planning platform which includes layout design, logistics system design and project evaluation. Therefore, a new method of workshop layout evaluation is proposed in this paper. The main contents are as follows: firstly, the design scheme of workshop layout based on SLP is established. Deeply understand the original data of the new workshop of the case enterprise, apply the system layout design method (SLP), carry on the reasonable design to the production process of the product, take many different types of valve products as an example, analyze the logistics relation among the various operating units, Based on the calculation of the close degree of each unit and the drawing of the relative map of the position of the operation unit, several reasonable layout schemes are determined. Secondly, the evaluation index system of workshop layout is constructed. The establishment method and process of evaluation index system are introduced. Based on the existing evaluation index of workshop layout, the new ideas and concepts of advanced manufacturing industry are introduced. The green and humanized indexes are added to the evaluation index system of workshop layout, and a layout evaluation index system suitable for the workshop is constructed. Finally, the evaluation of workshop layout based on entropy weight FAHP method is constructed. Through a brief introduction of the basic concepts of entropy weight method and FAHP, a comprehensive evaluation model based on entropy weight FAHP is constructed. The process of determining weight by entropy weight method and constructing fuzzy evaluation matrix by triangular fuzzy number are emphatically introduced. The entropy weight FAHP model is used to evaluate the workshop layout effectively, and the evaluation results are obtained, which provide the basis for the decision makers.
