分体挂壁式空调绿色设计研究

【摘要】:随着环境问题日益紧张,人们对于绿色设计的重视达到前所未有的高度。如何将绿色设计理论和方法更好的融入产品设计中,成为研究的热点。本文在综合国内外产品绿色评价技术和产品拆卸回收技术的基础上,尝试将其运用到空调产品的绿色研究中,以期从源头上改变空调绿色现状,为后续的产品绿色设计研究提供一份参考。分析分体挂壁式空调的绿色设计现状,对其生命周期的特点进行梳理,建立了基于生命周期的产品模型。明确了产品拆卸回收的意义及方法,建立了面向拆卸回收的模型。通过对绿色评价技术的研究,明确了生命周期评价法和绿色综合评价法的评价过程及其应用在分体挂壁式空调的目的和意义。选取典型分体挂壁式空调(KFR-2608W-BP)作为研究对象,通过实物拆卸方式获取产品BOM表。以GaBi软件为平台,应用生命周期评价法,在假定条件下,对空调原材料获取阶段、生产阶段、使用阶段和回收阶段进行生命周期评价建模。运用CML2001影响评价法,对非生物资源耗损等十一个环境影响类别进行定量分析,得到使用阶段环境影响远大于其它阶段等结论,并对相关结论进行解释和说明。针对废旧分体挂壁式空调回收性差的问题,采用模块化设计方法对其进行拆卸模块划分,改善其拆卸性;根据联结结构数据,改进联结结构。借鉴汽车实物拆卸计算法,得到改进后回收率为77.8%,较改进前提高6.8%。基于机电产品绿色评价指标体系的构建原则,构建分体挂壁式空调绿色评价指标,结合分体式空调清洁生产技术要求以及大气污染、水污染等相关标准,对评价指标定性、定量打分,应用模糊层次分析法从环境、资源、能源、经济四方面进行分体挂壁式空调绿色度综合评价,并从生命周期阶段分析影响绿色度较大因素如大气污染、固体污染等产生的原因,并提出改进措施。
[Abstract]:With the increasing tension of environmental problems, people pay more attention to green design than ever before. How to better integrate green design theory and method into product design has become a hot research topic. On the basis of synthesizing the green evaluation technology of domestic and foreign products and the technology of product disassembly and recovery, this paper tries to apply it to the green research of air conditioning products in order to change the green status of air conditioning from the source. To provide a reference for the follow-up study of green design of products. This paper analyzes the present situation of green design of split wall air conditioning, combs the characteristics of its life cycle, and establishes a product model based on life cycle. The significance and method of product disassembly and recovery are clarified, and a model for disassembly recovery is established. Based on the study of green evaluation technology, the purpose and significance of life cycle evaluation and green comprehensive evaluation in split wall air conditioning are clarified. The typical split wall air conditioning (KFR-2608W-BP) was selected as the research object and the BOM table was obtained by physical disassembly. On the platform of Gabi software, the life cycle evaluation model of raw material acquisition, production, use and recovery of air conditioning was established by using life cycle evaluation method under the assumption condition. Using CML2001 impact assessment method, 11 environmental impact categories such as non-living resources consumption were quantitatively analyzed, and the conclusion that the environmental impact in the use phase was much greater than that in the other stages was obtained, and the related conclusions were explained and explained. In order to solve the problem of poor recovery of waste split wall air conditioning system, the modular design method is used to divide the disassembly modules to improve the disassembly performance, and to improve the connection structure according to the data of the connection structure. By using the method of physical disassembly for reference, the improved recovery rate is 77.8, which is 6.8g higher than that before improvement. Based on the construction principle of green evaluation index system of mechanical and electrical products, the green evaluation index of split wall air conditioning is constructed. Combining with the technical requirements of clean production of split air conditioning and relevant standards such as air pollution and water pollution, the evaluation indexes are qualitatively analyzed. Quantitative scoring, using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process from the environment, resources, energy, economic four aspects of the comprehensive evaluation of the green degree of air conditioning, and from the life cycle analysis of the larger factors such as air pollution, The causes of solid pollution and the improvement measures are put forward.
