露天矿采空区爆破合理孔底填塞长度与起爆位置确定

【摘要】:为研究孔底填塞长度与起爆位置对露天矿采空区上覆岩石台阶爆破的影响,进行了数值模拟和工业试验。运用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件构建了爆破模型,分析了存在采空区时台阶的爆破机理,通过对比分析不同孔底填塞长度、不同起爆位置下爆破时岩石拉应力及动能变化,揭示其对采空区爆破效果的影响,确定了采空区上覆岩石台阶的合理爆破方法,并通过工业试验进行了验证。结果表明:采空区的存在导致爆破能量的利用效率降低;中间起爆技术适合采空区上覆岩石爆破;孔底填塞长度在一定临界范围内时,爆破能量的利用效率是最佳的;确定了武家塔露天煤矿采空区上覆岩石台阶爆破采用中间起爆技术且孔底填塞长度为2 m。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of hole filling length and detonating position on the overlying rock bench blasting in opencast mine goaf, the numerical simulation and industrial test were carried out. The blasting model was constructed with ANSYS/LS-DYNA software, and the blasting mechanism of the time step in the goaf was analyzed. By comparing and analyzing the filling length of different hole bottom and detonating under different detonating positions. The effect of rock tensile stress and kinetic energy on the blasting effect in the goaf is revealed, and the reasonable blasting method for overlying rock steps in the goaf is confirmed and verified by industrial test. The results show that the existence of the goaf leads to the reduction of the utilization efficiency of blasting energy, and the intermediate detonation technology is suitable for the blasting of the overlying rock in the goaf. When the length of the hole bottom filling is within a certain critical range, the utilization efficiency of blasting energy is the best. The intermediate initiation technology is adopted and the length of the hole bottom filling is 2 M. in the rock overlying rock step blasting in the goaf area of the Wu Jia pan open pit mine.
