基于TRIZ的高压倒装滤器改进设计

【摘要】:针对高压倒装滤器在生产制造和现场使用中存在的问题,运用TRIZ理论与方法,分析了高压倒装滤器存在的相关技术矛盾,并建立矛盾矩阵表。通过给定的原理对高压倒装滤器进行了改进创新设计,通过强度校核计算,验证了设计的合理性;改进后的滤器具有运行可靠,拆卸方便,加工容易,制造成本低,便于标准化、系列化生产等优点。
[Abstract]:In view of the problems existing in the manufacture and field use of high pressure inverted filter, this paper analyzes the technical contradictions existing in high pressure inverted filter by using Triz theory and method, and establishes the contradiction matrix table. Through the given principle, the high pressure inverted filter is improved and innovated, and the rationality of the design is verified by the strength checking calculation, the improved filter has the advantages of reliable operation, convenient disassembly, easy processing and low manufacturing cost. Easy to standardize, serialized production and other advantages.
