电抗器行业制造执行系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:本文针对鹰峰公司物流中的一个问题——生产物流系统以满足柔性生产的要求,展开分析与设计。生产所面对的问题是如何在有限的物流场地中合理的运送、对车间工位布局和物件的摆放进行设计,使其尽可能的缩短工时的操作与劳动量。从物流的流向着手,结合国内外的研究分析了电抗产线如何应用和实施。(1)在统一平台上如生产调度、质量控制、设备故障分析、以及网络报表等管理功能,使用一个平台的数据库和同时为生产部门、质检部门、工艺部门、物流的部门等提供产线管理信息服务。通过电抗器制造过程的整体实时性最大限度地消除信息孤岛。(2)借助信息化的实时性,利用信息化带动传统工业,实现了公司的精益生产,提升公司的生产和管理体系,通过计划排产,提升交货期,对提升电抗器质量,严格生产过程信息追溯;转变经济发展方式,提升效能,优化了人力资源的结构。信息化水平提高全面提升了鹰峰公司的核心竞争力。本文选择电抗器产线车间作为鹰峰公司首次上线MES系统。结合各工位的具体条件,优化生产,电抗器质量管控,提高效益。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the requirement of flexible production, this paper analyzes and designs the production logistics system, which is a problem in the logistics of Yingfeng Company. The problem faced by production is how to transport reasonably in the limited logistics site and design the layout of workshop and objects so as to shorten the operation and labor quantity of working hours as much as possible. Starting from the direction of logistics, this paper analyzes how to apply and implement reactance production line in combination with domestic and foreign research. (1) on the unified platform, such as production scheduling, quality control, equipment failure analysis, network reporting and other management functions, Use a platform database and also provide production line management information services for production department, quality inspection department, process department, logistics department, etc. Through the whole real-time of reactor manufacturing process, the information isolated island is eliminated to the maximum extent. (2) with the aid of the real-time information technology, the traditional industry is driven by the information technology, the lean production of the company is realized, and the production and management system of the company is improved. Through planning production scheduling, improving delivery time, improving reactor quality, strictly tracing production process information, changing the mode of economic development, improving efficiency, optimizing the structure of human resources. The level of informatization has improved the core competitiveness of Yingfeng Company. In this paper, the reactor production line workshop is selected as the first time to launch mes system of Yingfeng Company. Combined with the specific conditions of each station, optimize production, reactor quality control, improve efficiency.
