交互设计中用户潜在需求的研究

【摘要】:科学技术飞速发展,互联网时代已经来临。我们现在的生活已然更加方便快捷,这些巨大的变革要得益于互联网产品带来优秀的用户体验。时至今日,互联网产品的功能越来越完善,信息承载量则越来越大,这些改变带给我们从未预想到的体验的同时也降低了产品的易用性,这样的设计无法带给用户愉悦的体验。 交互设计的每一步都是有依可据、有理可循的,在设计交互系统时,认识用户和获取用户的需求是设计成功的关键,也是展开设计的首要工作【1】。认识用户,了解用户的需求,准确定义用户需求乃至用户的潜在需求的挖掘,以目标为导向由用户的需求到产品的功能需求转化,满足用户情境中的目标,成为交互设计的重点。用户研究和用户潜在需求的分析无可争议的成为公司企业研究的重点。 KANO模型将需求分为:兴奋需求(超出用户期望的产品或体验);期望需求(用户内心期望获得的产品或体验);基本需求(解决用户需求的最基本特征)【2】。兴奋需求属于潜在需求,这种需求用户不能够完全清晰的感知和用语言描述,但是一旦被获取并展现给用户,往往能够被用户认可和接受,而基本需求和期望需求同属于显性的需求,这种需求用户可以明确感知和用语言描述。 设计师和研究人员若能够深入研究发掘用户的潜在需求,,并将这些潜在的用户需求转化为产品的功能需求,便能赋予产品强大的生命力,增强用户的粘性和提高满意度,在残酷的竞争中获得绝对的优势。 本文以用户为中心,针对交互设计的特点深入的研究目标用户群,在认识用户的基础上,试图探索挖掘并满足用户潜在的需求的方法与原则,为设计良好的用户体验提供帮助。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of science and technology, the Internet era has come. Now that our lives are much easier and faster, these huge changes are due to the excellent user experience that Internet products bring. Nowadays, the functions of Internet products are becoming more and more perfect, and the information carrying capacity is becoming larger and larger. These changes bring us unanticipated experience and reduce the ease of use of products. This kind of design can not bring users a pleasant experience. Each step of interactive design is based on evidence and rational. In the design of interactive system, it is the key to design success and the most important work to develop the design. Know the user, understand the user's demand, define the user's demand and even the user's latent demand accurately, transform from the user's demand to the product's function demand, satisfy the goal in the user's situation, Become the focus of interactive design. User research and analysis of user's potential demand have become the focus of enterprise research. KANO model divides demand into: excited demand (product or experience beyond the user's expectation); Expected requirements (products or experiences that the user expects to acquire); basic needs (the most basic characteristics of addressing user needs) [2]. Excited requirements are potential requirements, which users cannot fully perceive and describe in language, but once they are acquired and presented to users, they are often recognized and accepted by users. The basic needs and the expected needs are both explicit needs, which users can clearly perceive and describe in language. If designers and researchers can explore the potential needs of users in depth, and translate these potential user needs into functional requirements of products, they can give strong vitality to the products, enhance their stickiness and increase their satisfaction. Gain an absolute advantage in the fierce competition. In this paper, the user-centered, according to the characteristics of interactive design in-depth study of the target user group, on the basis of understanding the user, trying to explore the mining and meeting the potential needs of the user methods and principles, for the design of a good user experience to provide help.
