适用夹持搬运的窗机包装结构研究应用

【摘要】:目的窗式空调器产品包装选择环保型的包装材料,采用优化内包装结构方案使设计出的整套产品包装尺寸符合装柜量最大化要求,并通过夹持力测试,以适用于机械手搬运、装卸作业。方法新设计的窗式空调不仅在材料及结构上满足常规的运输环境,通过常规的脚踩、跌落、堆码、运输等产品包装测试,还要验证它的可靠性,并能满足机械手的搬运方式,通过夹持测试。结果此种环保包装的结构设计不仅节省能源、资源,且包装材料用量少、可循环回收利用,并能通过包装各种测试,特别是夹持测试能够适用于机械自动化搬运周转窗式的空调产品。结论产品包装结构不能只重视包装设计,更不能缺少包装设计,采用绿色包装材料、新结构、新工艺的结合达到保护产品的目的。
[Abstract]:Objective to select environmentally friendly packaging materials for the packaging of window type air conditioners, and to optimize the inner packaging structure so that the package size of the whole product can meet the maximum requirements of the loading volume, and pass the clamping force test to apply to the manipulator handling. Loading and unloading operation Methods the newly designed window air conditioning not only meets the conventional transportation environment in material and structure, but also verifies its reliability and meets the handling mode of manipulator through the packaging tests of the products, such as stepping, dropping, stacking and transporting, etc. Pass the gripping test. Results the structure design of this kind of environmental protection packaging not only saves energy and resources, but also uses less packaging materials, can be recycled, and can pass all kinds of packaging tests. In particular, the gripping test can be applied to mechanical automatic handling of swing window air conditioning products. Conclusion the product packaging structure can not only attach importance to packaging design, but also can not lack packaging design. The combination of green packaging materials, new structure and new technology can achieve the purpose of product protection.
