手持测量设备在使用过程中认知摩擦的成因研究

【摘要】:产品认知摩擦是指由于认知差异导致的使用障碍。随着产品功能高度的集成化以及设计人员与消费者认知角度的多样化,此类使用障碍更加复杂,,并导致认知摩擦的产生。手持测量设备使用中的认知摩擦,不仅影响操作人员的测量结果,还可能对后续分析产生影响,造成经济损失,因此应当对此进行深入和细致的研究。 本文主要以认知心理学和产品语义学为理论基础,对产品中存在的认知摩擦进行调查,对手持测量设备的认知摩擦成因及相应解决方案进行了深入研究分析,使手持测量设备的操控性、安全性、舒适性等方面更加适应测量人员和一般消费者的使用。首先,笔者运用认知心理学的原理,分析了人类辨认和感知外界视觉刺激的过程,找到了认知摩擦形成的心理理论基础。其次,通过产品语义学理论,分析知觉所产生的心理联想过程,找到认知摩擦的形成原因。然后,以认知摩擦为切入点,运用感性工程学中的形态分析法和语意差分法对其形态设计进行线性回归分析建立模型,并对产品造型进行语意的预测和验证。最后,以电子照度计为例进行设计实践,将模型预测数据进行比对,并针对数值差异(认知摩擦)较大的部分进行修改,达到在设计阶段降低测量设备的认知摩擦和提升用户使用体验的最终目标。 通过对手持测量设备的认知摩擦研究,从而改善用户的使用体验,对测量人员的监测工作和一般消费者的使用具有不可忽视的积极意义:有效降低了用户在使用产品时的认知摩擦,并可以降低使用者的不适、错误操作概率,还能提高他们的工作效率,并给予用户优秀的使用体验,使他们在良好的测量状态下进行工作。这些对于测量人员和一般消费者都有非常积极的意义。
[Abstract]:Product cognitive friction refers to the use of barriers caused by cognitive differences. With the high integration of product functions and the diversification of cognitive angles between designers and consumers, these barriers are more complex and lead to cognitive friction. Cognitive friction in the use of hand-held measuring equipment not only affects the measurement results of operators, but also may have an impact on subsequent analysis, resulting in economic losses. Therefore, it should be deeply and meticulously studied. Based on the theory of cognitive psychology and product semantics, this paper investigates the cognitive friction existing in the products, and analyzes the causes of cognitive friction of handheld measuring devices and the corresponding solutions. Make handheld measuring equipment more suitable for the use of measuring personnel and general consumers in the aspects of control, safety, comfort and so on. Firstly, the author analyzes the process of recognizing and perceiving external visual stimuli by using the principle of cognitive psychology, and finds out the theoretical basis of cognitive friction. Secondly, through the theory of product semantics, this paper analyzes the process of psychological association produced by perception and finds out the cause of cognitive friction. Then, with cognitive friction as the breakthrough point, the morphological analysis method and semantic difference method in perceptual engineering are used to establish the model of linear regression analysis of its morphological design, and the product modeling is predicted and verified in terms of semantics. Finally, taking the electronic illuminance meter as an example, the model prediction data are compared and modified for the larger part of the numerical difference (cognitive friction). Achieve the ultimate goal of reducing cognitive friction and improving user experience in the design phase. By studying the cognitive friction of handheld measuring devices, we can improve the user's experience. It is of great significance to monitor the work of surveyors and the use of consumers in general: it can effectively reduce the cognitive friction of users in the use of products, and can reduce the discomfort of users and the probability of wrong operation. It can also improve their working efficiency, and give users a good use experience, so that they work in a good state of measurement. These are very positive for surveyors and consumers in general.
