一种新型热压缩机运行特性实验研究

【摘要】:为了克服传统热压缩机的不足,提出了一种直线电机直接驱动、以气缸壁与活塞充当回热器的新型热压缩机系统。利用搭建的实验装置,实验研究了加热温度、直线电机驱动功率、工质种类和充气压力等对新型热压缩机系统运行特性的影响。研究结果表明:采用比热容比更大的工质有利于提高热压缩机系统性能;增大充气压力能提高系统内压力峰值,但效果不显著。以He4为工质,在充气压力为0.96 MPa、加热温度为330℃时,新型热压缩机系统压比达到1.14,能满足特定场合驱动脉冲管制冷机工作的需求;利用带小孔的气库进行了系统输出声功实验研究,发现存在最佳小孔开度使热压缩机系统对外输出功最大;保持工质种类和充气压力不变,当加热温度为603℃、小孔气库容积为0.518L时,实验测得热压缩机输出功最大为15.6 W。
[Abstract]:In order to overcome the shortcoming of traditional heat compressor, a new type of heat compressor system is proposed, which is driven directly by linear motor and uses cylinder wall and piston as regenerator. The effects of heating temperature, driving power of linear motor, working medium and inflatable pressure on the operation characteristics of the new type thermal compressor system are studied experimentally by using the experimental device. The results show that the performance of the system can be improved by using the working medium with a larger specific heat capacity ratio, and the peak value of the pressure in the system can be increased by increasing the gas pressure, but the effect is not obvious. With He4 as the working medium, the pressure ratio of the new type thermal compressor system reaches 1.14 when the inflatable pressure is 0.96 MPA and the heating temperature is 330 鈩,
