A型分子筛膜的制备及其对乙酸乙酯-水体系的分离性能

【摘要】:为了实现乙酸乙酯-水体系的低能耗高效分离,采用双晶种热浸渍法合成具有高分离因子的A型分子筛膜.在α-Al_2O_3陶瓷管表面先在180℃热浸渍涂敷平均粒径约为2.0μm的大晶种填补陶瓷管的孔道缺陷,再在70℃下涂敷平均粒径约为0.4μm的小晶种作为分子筛膜生长的活性中心.通过70℃条件下水热晶化6h合成的A型分子筛膜结构规整,表面致密,厚度约为10μm.对乙酸乙酯-水体系进行渗透汽化分离,在操作温度为110℃条件下,原料中含水质量分数为3%时,渗透侧水质量分数为99.68%,分离因子约为10 000,水通量为1.72kg/(m~2·h);通过渗透汽化分离后渗余液乙酸乙酯产品中水质量分数可降至0.02%,达到乙酸乙酯优等品的国标要求,此时渗透液水质量分数为99.23%,A型分子筛膜的分离因子可达210 000.
