草帽山隧道爆破振动监测与分析

【摘要】:隧道洞口段往往受到浅埋、偏压等复杂地形地质条件的影响,岩石较破碎,围岩不稳定,其爆破施工是隧道施工的重点、难点。新建京张高铁草帽山隧道进口洞身106 m长范围为浅埋偏压段,围岩级别为Ⅴ级。在进口段进行了17次有效的爆破振动速度现场监测,通过线性拟合得到合理的萨道夫斯基公式中的系数,计算出爆破施工时的最大单响药量为54.07 kg。对实测数据进行傅里叶变换得到爆破振动的频谱曲线,从中可知:爆破地震波主频率随着爆心距的增大而减小,随着单响最大药量的增大而减小。为了避免出现共振现象,建议爆破施工时避免多段雷管同时起爆,并严格控制最大单响药量。
